The best stay in Jaipur!! From the staff, to the food, to room, to even the security guard! EVERYTHING and EVERYONE was amazing... we felt so happy and comfortable here... we stayed for 4 nights and by the end we felt we were at home..

Great location, lovely and helpful staff..
Rooms have almost no window (windows open to no view or to the wall).
Bathrooms are quite dates, the shower goes in various directions except coming staright onto you.
We booked the room for 3 people but little that we know that its the extra cot that they put in the room when there is no space for any bed.. Cramped in the space, the extra cot has metal plates next to the wheel in the middle of the cot.. Sharp enough to slit your foot.. We had 2 injuries with their cot.

Très bel établissement dans un Haveli traditionnel, personnel à l’écoute et très sympathique, bonne cuisine indienne revisitée, piscine et espace détente très agréable! Proche de tout.

This hotel is stunning! A beautiful, calm oasis with professional staff and high standards.

The only problem was the air conditioning was too old and didn’t work and the bathrooms needed modernising with the plumbing to function properly

My friend booked this stay for me, for my honeymoon and the property is beautiful. There is a restaurant within the property, which is costly. Rooms are good and it gives the totally traditional vibe.
We had requested for 1 king size bed but got 2 twin beds

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. Our room was very generous in size with comfortable beds and bedding. We loved the outdoor seating area and appreciated the kindness of the staff.

the food was not at all good basically the menu because if I have to eat aloo and gatta I could have ate the same at my home menu did not have any dish which was as per Indian restraints in main course or starter

The location and the ambience or the theme of the place.
There's no WiFi in the room which is unacceptable in modern days. The excuses for not having WiFi in room are not quite justified.
Bar is so overpriced. Even an INR40 coke was getting sold at INR200. Also we have some doubts over billing and believe we have charged more than what was shown at the booking.
Overall a nice place with so many downsides.

Staff was on call when we arrived, continued with personal call for 5 minutes and did not apoligised for that.
