Mr Chandra and Mr Santosh were a delight.

There were lesser options for a dinner buffet.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location and amazing hospitality. We got a free two room upgrade to a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel was grand and they had entertainment for everyone everyday where you could see the traditional Rajasthani dance and music. My boyfriend was serenaded by the singer and was gifted a traditional scarf by the guard and that made his stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

When we were sitting in the courtyard in the evening, they sprayed what I assume was pesticide without giving out a warning, maybe next time they could inform their guests or schedule at a different time.

Breakfast options were limited

Nothing and will not advice anyone to stay there !

Very old rooms and bathroom linen bedsheet and towels were very old and lot of sound was coming from out side road and flyover which was next to the hotel in could not sleep whole night because of sound coming from road. Hotel rooms need upgrading of every thing what was kept in the room including the bed ,linen , pillow and mattress!

Excellent location, beautiful property. Wonderful staff, very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was wonderful. The chefs and chef interns were very nice and accommodating.

Needs some upkeep. For example, carpets at some locations in the hallways need replacement.

The pricing for the buffet food is a bit steep

Have always been a big fan of ITC properties and this one was brilliant as always but what really sticks out was the hospitality and the quality of their staff, truly exemplary!

It was perfect, I cannot even nit pick for the sake of it!

the property is beautiful and well maintained

kids room was not maintained, dirty and no attendants for kids. Swimming pool was not maintained and no temperature controls in the pool. water was very cold. very limited buffet options and not tasty as well

the pidgeon droppings by the poolside bar were on the ground but also on chairs - not a good sign of cleanliness - should deal with restricting pidgeons resting above this area, but whilst waiting for that the least necessary is daily wash downs on that area - not done for the 2 days we were there

There was an evening traditional dance which was lovely. The breakfast was good. The room was a good size, beds were comfortable and the food was good.
