El servicio de housekeeping pues eran muy educadas las señoras La ubicación muy buena

Mucho ruido en pasillos. Habitación demasiado pequeña, en especial el baño, para ser una suite. Tenían las mangueras contra incendios colgando de una pared entonces el viento las movía y pegaba la parte metálica en la pared (parecía que martillaban constantemente la pared y a veces era muy complicado dormir por ese ruido). El desayuno no era muy bueno.

The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was centric. The staff was very kind and serviceable.

The beds were not comfortable. The bed mattresses were hard.

The hotel is centrally located

I didn’t like that fact that I had to go downstairs late at night because the room gets so cold and they don’t have a central heating system I had to request a heater that they were almost not able to find. I also don’t like that right outside the hotel is a food truck that has people congregating outside the hotel all morning and afternoon it just looks on charming.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the drivers on hand were superb, nothing was too much of an ask overall great experience. The rooms were extremely clean, and everything we needed.

Roof terrace was closed due to maintenance works which was a shame during our stay

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Little English was spoken but that didnt stop the staff from trying to assist us as best they could.

I was looking forward to the rooftop bar but it was being refurbished and therefore it was not accessible. Would have been nice to know up front. The water was off in our room for a while and we were not told in advance.

Comfortable beds

Tower 1 is very badly soundproof. Try to stay in Tower 2
