The condition and amenities exceed my expectation for the price paid, it barely of the three stars hotel standard. Highly recommended if you are looking for a budget yet valued for money stay.

The air conditioner appearance abit wear off but still serves it's purpose.

They actually provide gated parking and is 24hrs entry unlike some other budget hotels.

The bedsheet, room and bathroom were clean. But behind the WC, it was dirty/mouldy.

Bathroom behind the WC was dirty. Wallpaper on the ledge behind the bed was torn and didnt look clean. The location was not ideal for me as I was expecting it to be walking distance to the shops.

poor sound insulation

The receptionist very friendly answering questions about route to mrt and asking us if we had breakfast (the package we chose has breakfast).... The room was clean and tidy... Had toiletries and hot shower... Has ac and TV, ada wifi, good view... However, The room quite narrow to move around and the window also small... There were loud sound (I think it was the hot water pipe pump up) and can hear people talking through the door... But I think it suite the price given... So we were satisfied with the service 👍🏻I think I would like to come again the next time 😍

Breakfast not much choices, food not up to standard. Good food I mean .. none. shower hose leakage not fixed prior to our stay.
