Good location to food and activities in the mount. Free parking under the building. Not worth it. Stayed as a group of friends, would not stay with kids.

Overpriced for the apartment. The apartment was unclean, dark and tired, there were marks all over the walls and carpet, mould over the windows sills, in the shower and over the curtains. Furniture is very dated and there was an iron but no ironing board. Would not recommend.

The place was clean.

The room has the master bedroom next to the main walkway to other units. It has no sheer privacy curtains on the large window, only a roller blind. The outside light stays on all night and light comes in around the edges of the blind. The lounge has the sofa in a position that you cannot comfortably view the tv. Only one lounge chair is in a position that allows viewing. The deck gets the afternoon sun nicely, but the neighboring properties are extremely close to and overlook the deck, making it a very public place to sit.

I loved the apartment it was beautiful and cosy

wasn’t very clean, food left in the microwave from previous occupants which stank when i opened the microwave. shower was quite dirty. the cleaning was very poor. the room needs a touch up. lots of marks on the walls there was no air conditioning or fan so the room was very hot

Everything we wanted; private, clean, quiet, air-con was running when we walked in... The apartment was a nice change from a close-in hotel room. Shower could take paint off!! Best keep the pressure turned down or turn your tender bits away.

I was unprepared for the traffic and busyness of the area. We found the apartments easy enough but I forgot to inquire about parking when I booked. So hot, tired and stressed we navigated the teeming holiday throng in search of a temporary place to park until we could check in. Perhaps a step in the booking process regarding parking would be useful. I must say, the nice lady at the desk quickly processed our check-in and wifey was out with parking instructions before I was abused for parking on the yellow line and the rest of our stay was absolutely splendid. Another useful improvement would be room number signs and arrows from the car-park and at each stair landing.

the apartment needed a good clean out on the balcony and there was a hole cut in the wall in the bathroom so pipe work could be accessed and no sign of repair underway

Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Lounge seating and bedrooms big enough for 4 people.

Bathroom and kitchen old and run down. Rubbish bin in bathroom rusty and old. Kitchen table was so unstable that you had to be careful when you sat down as not to knock it as everything went flying! No privacy on our balcony, the building next to it was only a few meters away and could look straight onto the balcony. There are much better places for this price at Mount Maunganui. Thankfully we were there only one night!

Good location and massive big deck, nice and clean.

The cooktop was out of order and we hadn't been told this before arriving. The two couches were both terrible, if you sat in them you sank into it which was both uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. My 73 year old mother was unable to sit on the couches and had to only sit on a dining room chair for the weekend.
