Great stay ,would definitely stay again

Location great and everything clean

sheets on the bed were synthetic, and generally, the property was abit of an "attachment". Underwelming.

We enjoyed our stay, sooo close to the b Venue where we were attending the birthday. Room clean but the only downfall was the jacuzzi it was filthy with hair all over n water dirty and smells, we got out as soon as☹️

Have stayed here several times and the location and facilities are great - access to all local shops and eateries. Great staff super friendly - thank you.

There is nothing I didn't like it was all great. Everything is perfect at this location.

Awful green vinyl/fake leather couches which we couldnt sit on. So old fashioned and one had caved in underneath and we had to build it up with pillows to sit comfortably on it. Felt like we were slipping of them. For the nightly price we had just paid the same in Taupo and Rotorua for much more modern rooms. Living area was ok for two but wouldn't do 4 people, a lot of furniture in a small space. Table and chairs too big for the living area. Needs a good update/modernize of furniture and decor. Milk left for our tea and coffee was curdled, had to throw it all out.

View was lovely and it was the only place we stayed that provided laundry powder.

Unfortunately the lift was out of order so we had to lug our bags up from underground carpark to second floor. Lounge and bed were old and far from comfortable.

Friendly staff, great facilities

We booked a two bedroomed apartment, one room with a double bed and one room with two single beds. We were not expecting bunk beds as the two singles! Not advertised correctly on Booking.com unfortunately, but to get the room we believed we had booked, we would have had to pay another $435 at the hotel! Needless to say we stuck with the bunk beds, which were comfy, but not ideal for my husband and I!

The room was locked on all sides by neighbours. At this price I expected at least some views at the Mount.
