The room with a perfect bed. Room with a view on the ocean, sound of the oceans during the whole day. Area of the hotel and the town is more nice during warmer period. Good breakfast, complementary water in the room and every room has a small coffee machine to have an espresso. Did not have a chance to try the spa, hopefully will have the chance to go back. Restaurants, ice cream shops and bars close to the hotel. Nice area to take a walk or run (wooden pathway over the dunes/beach area)

we arranged to stay an extra two days which meant changing to a better room and of course spending more money . when I approached the manager on reception about being able to move upstairs I asked could we stay in our room until the new one was ready . simple really as they could have cleaned our room last and the new room first . He was extremely rude and said did I not know we had to be out of our room at 12 I think it was and the other room wouldn’t be ready until 3 .He was so rude and turned to another customer as I was speaking to him . I walked away . obviously someone changed his mind because after a while he knocked on our door to say we could go straight upstairs . I have to say all the other staff were extremely helpful and pleasant . He actually really upset me

A little basic for a four star hotel

didn’t like the fact you have to book your breakfast and pool times. you also have a to wear a head cap to go in the pool all not stated before you book.

Good location, great crew. Room noise isolation was great.

The view wasn't that good. The gym could have a bit more material, like cattle bells, elastics, a bar and its respective support.

the restaurant was closed, they charged €10. to put two bikes in an empty garage which no other hotel did during the whole two week cycling store, the Wi-Fi was intermittent. the breakfast was poor quality.

The location was so amazing, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean.

The room was very hot. The staff said the HVAC system was preset for the time of the year and could not be reset for AC.

Nice place, everything correct, what you expect in a 4* hotel. Situation is wonderful, just a few steps to the beach. Little spa for a relax after a hard working day, but don’t expect too much. Personal very kind.

A little bit noisy, probably due to the strong wing during these days, but where it is placed is normal this kind of wind. Restaurant only available for breakfast, no dinner! And the breakfast is not a buffet, you must choose between continental or healthy menu, and the quality is not very high.

Breakfast is the worst ever which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel and requires reservation. The back view is terrible, this hotel should have never been built like it is. The SPA is very small and needs reservation. I didn't like to know that children below 12 yo can only use it outside normal hours or with reservation... On top of the above mentioned, it is very expensive for what they offer. Half the price would be fair.

Service was very good in general, the staff was great and the spa service that my wife got was great (thank you Daniela)

Lack of light in the bathroom and didn't have switches beside the bed. Had to use the tv.
