Reception card machine not working.. we forced them suddenly machine started working … strange!!!

Everything is poor with regards to as compare to any other country INN property. I would not rate this hotel more than 2 star. No cleanness, nothing. very poor experience. please don’t book this hotel at all. I have wasted my money and trusted booking.com pictures based on which I have booked it.

I booked my room by booking. com they said no booking they have . so I don’t get room there.

My usual room is spacious.

Some of the staff are very unfriendly, especially the front desk.

Best location everything is near by..very spacious and clean rooms with very nice amenities..yummy food and amazing hospitality..love u come back.

Its no more part pf the Radison chain….. so no maintenance of the property and assest. Filthy rooms and non functional lifts. Restricted menu for breakfast and options in Ala carte are not available. Pathetic experience. Dont book thinking of standards like Country Inns and Radison.

The breakfast was really stale in all aspect. Option were very limited. Cleanliness was a big disappointment.

Everything right from the room which was not aromatic. It had that weird smell of paint or something else. Bathroom was average again cleanliness not upto mark.

Maintenance extremely poor No hot water ....taps broken Only when I raised an alarm and got angry, did the duty manager at the hotel met me and upgraded me to their suite but not before waiting for more an hour Breakfast quality served is very bad...hardly any options... Even the cloth napkins are not ironed Staff at restaurant is least bothered and the chef doesn't know how to make decent food Overall a very bad experience for the money I paid The place is a disaster zone

The room floor and bathroom should be more clean. The toilet faucet in room no 409 was placed on the left hand side of the commode!!!! This is so absurd and stupid.

The staff there is very polite.

Not at all clean. The room that I stayed in, had something stinking all the time in one corner of the bed. washroom was not clean as well.

They are still using country inn Radisson and charging rates like them. Food quality was pathetic and ended up paying rates likes country inn by Radisson . Not going to stay again.
