Location was good and quite clean

Staff were so bad, specially at the reception or for any services like in room dining, or laundry. They basically don’t answer when you call them! No one response at all. Very bad service, I won’t recommend it at all.

Poorly managed and the housekeeping is terrible

It certainly doesn’t have 5 star standards and everything beside the location is extremely average. The management was not proactive and I had to complain over and over and go through booking.com for them to take action and address try grievances. It was a stressful stay and quite disappointing

Amazing staff. They helped me to get back my phone I left over the taxi. They have been absolutely fantastic. Great breakfast and perfect position.

Локация, обслуживание , чистота и ежедневная уборка номеров, хороший завтрак, вид из номера ( на море и дом правительства), просторный номер и удобная кровать, качественный интернет, отличный бассейн ( +хамам , сауна), разнообразие ТВ программ ( на русском языке ). Отличный отель!

Есть номера в которых курили и нам дали первый номер именно такой. Считаю , что в отелях нужно запретить курение, это и безопасность и здоровье и комфорт проживающих!

الموقع بعيد نوعا ما عن شارع نظامي المشهور في باكو ولكنه قريب من البحر ويتميز بالهدوء ويخدم محبي المشي. الفطور جيد جدا ومتنوع، طاقم العمل ممتاز

I requested you to change the check in time according to my flight 9:00 am instead of 3:00pm but your management failed to do so. Even when they agreed for it through e mail.

Location is amazing in the heart if the city Staff are friendly and quick in response WIFI is amazing strong signal all the time

Family room somehow smaller than expected, its small for 4 people

Excellent location, great rooms and fabulous facilities

This was probably the first hotel where we had to wait in queue for breakfast. When we opted to rather have the breakfast at the business lounge, the options were very limited. If the hotel can’t handle large volume of guests, they should rather improve the business lounge options.

Hilton Baku is perfectly located between the city center and boulevard. it offers stunning sea side and city side views. The property is walking distance away from all major attractions of the city.

The staff service was slow. On most of the occasions housekeeping did not answer the call even after two - three attempts.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber ausreichend, ein Mitarbeiter der Rezeption in der Nacht war weniger freundlich und kann seinen Fehler nicht zugeben

Çalışan ilgisi iyiydi. Kahvaltı çeşidi ve lezzet iyiydi. Odanın ve ortak alanların genel temizliği iyiydi

- Odanın tepe duşu arızalıydı - 2.gün bırakılan bornozun üstünde uzun uzun saçlar vardı, çok kötüydü - odaya kulak temizleme pamuğu, makyaj pamuğu konmadı

Staff was just amazing, never felt so welcomed nor well treated at any other hilton before, or any hotel for that matter. Warm, humble and sincere people, especially the staff at the restaurant and bar..they made our stay just unforgettable. Thank you very much!

Вид из номера шикарен) покупали клубный номер с доступом в лаунж, утром сервирую скромный но приличный завтрак, на вечерние «счастливые часы»можно хорошо поужинать, есть горячее, закуски, алкогольные и безалкогольные напитки.

Странная система спа, общий бассейн где все в купальниках сидят в общей джакузи рядом и разделение на мужские и женские парные. При этом женские вообще не работают, их просто не включают, или включают на температуру минимальную, чуть теплее чем снаружи. В мужской зоне все прекрасно, но женщинам туда нельзя. Сексизм и вопиющее неуважение! Оценку не снижаю, отель хороший объективно, но если спа важно в вашем путешествии лучше рассмотреть другие светские, семейные отели! Где в парных могут отдыхать не только мужчины.

The location, yasin from breakfast crew

The items of room service menu were overpricedddddddddddddddddd compared to their taste and presentation…. The laundry took 3 days for 2 items only !!!! The room was way smaller than the pictures showed & for a 5 star hotel Ive stayed in much bigger rooms in a 3 and a 4 star hotels … not a hilton !!

All photos are real, no surprises! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Interesting elevator system. Nice Hammam and MASSAGE! Shower, towers and roomy size of bathroom! The Bed is sooooo comfortable + pillows 4 are make You sleep as a baby!

I was staying in Luxury room, and expected fruits plate “Welcome”!

Location was good

I booked a two bedroom suite. When I reached they wanted to give me two connecting rooms and when I showed them the pictures of the living room in the booking they gave me a 1 bed suite with a connecting room saying it was complimentary. The second night, the air conditioning stopped working due to maintenance issues. Next day.i informed the guest services about the ac issue they told me that they would come and show me how ac is turned on properly. Rude receptionist and staff not trained.
