Čisté a útulné pokoje s velmi příjemným a pohotovým personálem

Die Hotelbesitzer machten im Hof die ganze Nacht Party… Frühstück geht besser. Es wurde nach tschechisch gesprochen. Und nur Bargeld angenommen. Eine richtige Teil Rechnung habe ich auch nicht bekommen.

Hotel je blizko centra, super dostupnost autom. Snidane super. Neplytvaju jedlom, pani recepcna vam pripravi co chcete. Je tam klid. Hned pod hotelom je restaurace, kde varia dlho do noci, jedla su dobre. Pokoj velmi dobry. Vsetko ciste a pripravene. Personal velmi mily, ochotny.

Parkovanie je vo dvore za celkom uzkym prechodom, co nebolo zrejme z fotiek/popiskov. Ale vosla tam i velka dodavka, takze s normalnym autom to nie je az taky problem. A drobnost, nemali sme velke uteraky, takze odporucam zobrat vlastne. Za mna je toto ale malickost.

i couldn’t spend the night there because they locked the main iron gate and never gave me the keys to enter through the main gate. i checked in and got the keys. the receptionist showed me the room and then i left for my sports event immediately and let her know i’ll be late. she said she’ll b here when i come back. but when i came back at night, the main door was locked. I buzzed in several times and then called the number a few times at the number that was written by the buzzer to call but nobody answered. Like what in the world!!!!! It was a nightmare!!!! I had to drive around looked for another hotel room at night alone as a single female in Chomutov!!

They did not take cards and sent me to find a cash machine, which took a long time in that town It is ridiculous to make me pay cash when I only carry a little cash and I wasted a lot of time

The location of this property is fine for walking about. Room and shower were well equipped and lots of storage area. Car parking outside the door.

When we checked in we discovered we had 2 very small hand towels which we didn't use until the last night of a 3 night stay as we had no heating or hot water in the room until then. Fair enough the staff who spoke very little English offered to move us at 10pm but we were ready for bed by then.
