Good predicable service and positive employees

The towel shelves in the bathrooms are dangerous. Over the years during various stays I have hit my head on the lower corners of the wooden shelves that extend into the narrow bathroom space. A simple solution would be to saw off the corners which serve no purpose.

Close to airport.

Very basic, very tired. Classed as an apartment with kitchen facilities, very poor.

Close to Airport, staff was friendly, breakfast was included, gentleman serving us breakfast was kind, parking was included and secured

Lock on door was not secure, not ok in downtown Guayaquil to not have good locks on door, power went out, it was hot, fridge was unplugged when we arrived so never really got cold enough, furniture was a little uncomfortable, lamp didn't work near bed, faucet in bathroom sink leaked all over counter.

Super clean, friendly staff, very inexpensive and just a $5 cab ride from the airport just minutes away. Two delicious restaurants just a block away.

There is nothing to complain about

Proximity to airport, shower ( great pressure and lots of hot water), comfortable bed.

Very dark and terrible lightning in bathroom: the light did not brighten up the space, I had to get ready in the room. VERY THIN walls, could hear conversations/ alarms of neighbours in adjacent rooms. Noisy guests blasting music and speaking on speaker phone (not hotels fault). Was supposed to be upgraded to suite which I was not- not a big deal given that I was only staying for 9 hrs before catching a 6am flight.

Very clean. Close to airport. Close to restaurants. Stayed for 1 night before flying to the Galapagos the next day. Staff were friendly and booked ride to airport. Used a translation app for English Spanish communication. Breakfast was Eggs, toast, fruit.

Good hotel close to the airport with everything the nearby Marriott has at a better price. Good air conditioning and they helped us get a SIM card right at the desk.

Breakfast wasn't until 7:30 so we couldn't get anything before we left for our flight

Closeness to the airport, very convenient.

bathroom facilities were old and worn out. Cold ambience. Breakfast was poor.
