Peakture hotel is great. Amazing new rooms, very clean, nice bedsheets and amenities, good minibar. Cleaning and minibar replenishment was done daily.

The SPA - only a small part of the “SPA” is accessible to families. The so called “ kids friendly spa” has a small pool, around 15-20 cm deep for babies where kids over 3 don’t really have what to do, a huge semi-Olympic pool of 140 cm deep with cold water and no safety features that nobody wants to use and a small jacuzzi that barely fits 3 families that is always super crowded as it’s the only warm water “pool” there. No sauna, no relaxing place for parents and no pool where kids can actually play. Sadly the warm water pool with a depth of 110-130 cm is in the “adults only” area. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for families with kids under 14 years old. Room service - DOES NOT EXIST- even though it’s mentioned on booking.com, the hotel website and their directory book from the room that it’s available, it’s not. They request you to go and pick up your order if you want to eat in the room. That it’s not room service Family rooms in Villa Panorama 2 - very far from the restaurants/spa, @ 350 m inclined, difficult to walk few times a day with toddlers, across the main road, in an area full of bear warnings (we were happy to have good weather, I only imagine it’s a nightmare to do so in bad weather). The rooms are small, crowded and the ground floor ones that are sold with good view (panoramic family rooms) have literally no view. The rooms sold as family rooms have the windows towards the parking and everyone can see inside. You cannot enjoy daylight in peace.

The location up in the mountains was gorgeous, the decorations of the rooms, restaurants … all beautiful.

The separation of diferent buildings from the main resort building is dreadful! The fact that we were treated differently than the people from the main resort building where our parents stayed: they got robes, coffee pods every day - we didn’t get robs or coffee pods every day- we felt more like renting a room in a cabin not like at a resort 😟

Nem jelezték, hogy nem működik az éremkészítő automata. A wellness öltözője kicsi és a fürdőköpenyből kifogytak már a nyitásnál..

The location was very beautifull and the food was good aswell.

The water on the pools is not as hot as is supposed to be for a spa.

Modern, curat, îngrijit, personal amabil, mic dejun diversificat bogat și fără limitări.

Turistul are trei variante limitate de servire a prânzului și cinei. Trei restaurante high price în același campus - adică toate trei cu nivel lux. Daca vrei să mănânci ceva mai modest-romanesc , va trebui sa te urci în mașină și să mergi in alta localitate.
