Floor and couches were extremely dirty. Didn't want to put anything down on floor or sit on couch. I wouldn't recommend based on cleanliness

Staff at reception were a bit short and not friendly. Location was very noisy but it’s hard to keep a neighbourhood quiet!

Convenience of closeness to the airport. We have stayed at this place for over 15 years.

I think the price of extra days of storing for car is very expensive It would be nice to have a bed side table on each side of the bed. Be good to have service when you arrive and not have to wait until the shuttle arrives.

This is the place to stay if you're flying out early the next day. It's not the Ritz but it can hold up to 6 people so great for a family. It is basic motel accommodation but the room was very clean and the sheets were crisp and snowy. With a small kitchenette, large bathroom and a big flatscreen, it has everything you want for that one nighter. There are a few shops only a few minutes walk away but only basic takeaway, minimart and liquor so if you want that sit-down meal you will need to look further afield. The bonus is the airport shuttle which is no charge and can start at 3am for those early flyers.

The only thing is that after checking into the room I noticed that there were only 2 towels for 5 people. I returned to Reception and it seemed a massive effort for the lady there to get the 3 extra towels and some shampoo sachets. She was bit surly about it and even more so when I asked for 2 extra pillows - I got one.

Free airport transfer

The staff. I booked the room for 4 adults & paid the price for 4. However, confirmation was only for 2. The reception insisted me to pay extra NZD80 for 2 extra. Its a reap off.

1. we are group of 2 family each with 4 adults and 1 child aged 7 (additional baby aged 2 not counted as adult). we booked 2*2 bedroom apartments, and the price on booking.com was same $276 when booking for 4 adults or 5 adults. I paid $552 total. Counter staff said I did not put 5 adults in the booking, so charged extra $80 for 2 children. 2. our next flight is in the evening, staff said their last drop off to airport is 10am in the morning. We have to find own way to be there, so we decided to rent a car for next day 3. We need to pick up our rental car from airport and request a drop off to airport (just 2 people, other people waiting in the room), staff said they only drop off for flight, and again rejected our drop off request. 4. Pillow is quite smelly.
