David el barman del turno mañana super atento un 10 su atención. La ubicación muy buena. El desayuno tb es bueno.

Las habitaciones la puerta del baño toda levantada con humedad no te dan ni una toalla chica para rostro. La cama solo tiene sabana cubr colchon y acolchado no tiene otra sabana si tenes calor jódete, y el somier todo roto en las puntas. Son mínimas las habitaciones teniamos dos valijas no habia lugar donde ponerlas para salir teniamos q saltar las valijas

No tener hervidor en la pieza, ni un frizer pequeño que sea

Mal trato del Mozo Sr Paolo Hermitaño. Fué agresivo delante de mi hija de 6 años. Discriminación hacia un chileno. Otro aspecto. En el Hotel fuman dentro de las habitaciones. No hay control sobre ésta acciones. Escalaré mi reclamo a la Gerencia de América Latina

Super buena ubicación, literal sales del hotel y caminas la calle Larco que tiene muchísimas tiendas, cafeterías, casinos y demás. Todo estaba cerca y muy segura la ubicación.

La tarjeta de la llave de la puerta se traba mucho, tienes que intentar varias veces para poder abrir, y al parecer no fuimos las únicas porque dos huéspedes más al vernos luchando nos dijeron que sigamos intentando que eso era así. La última noche nos abrieron la puerta en la madrugada, y nos asusto muchísimo. Nunca supimos quien fue.

Localização perfeita, bem próximo ao shopping Larcomar. O café da manhã é ótimo, bem variado. Tem 3 elevadores funcionando simultaneamente.

O quarto é bem pequeno, mas compreensível por ser uma estadia econômica.

La atencion de las niñas en recepcion, muy bien. Destacable. La cena, que fue un sandwich, regular, carne de pollo dura y lenta la atencion.

El desayuno bueno, pero caro. Deberían existir opciones cuando uno desea solo cafe

Everything was fine. Great location, safe, a lot of restaurants, transportation, casinos. The beach is very close.

interestingly enough both evenings which hopefully I was at my room (2 nights stay) somebody tried to enter my room and it was not the cleaning service of the hotel cause I talked and they ran away

The rooms were clean and comfortable while the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at any hotel. The location is great with lots of great restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

The key cards often don't work for the elevator or entering rooms. Using the elevator was usually a group effort with everyone in the elevator attempting their card sometimes to no avail.

How close to the oceanfront it is (only 3 blocks away )

I asked if I could book an extra day. One of the ladies in the front desk said ok. As a matter of fact, the lady said she could give me the same rate as the one I booked in the booking. However since it was late at night, she said she was going to leave a message for the earlier crew, so that they knew. The next day when I asked to extend a day, a guy now, in the front desk said the price was not what I was told but higher. He kept saying that he didn't anything about the night before or who I had spoken to but that there was no note left for him. He did charge me the higher rate either way, since I didn't have time to pack I paid.
