El trato del personal fue excelente, especialmente de las personas de la recepción..en especial un chico joven de lentes (no recuerdo su nombre)

El hotel está ubicado en una zona de bares puede llegar a ser muy ruidoso por la noche y no dejar dormir . Es necesario solicitar una habitación lejos de la esquina.

Quiet with a great location close to the plaza de armas. Cool weird building with covered courtyards turned in to big open rooms. Good breakfast.

Water temperature fluctuated wildly during showers and there were a few a few short power outages in the evenings. Honestly no big deals and everything was easy to deal with.

The internal area of the hotel is spacious, beautiful and well decorated, with great taste. The room is spacious, with good structure - desk, heater, water heater for tea, minibar, bedside tables and three beds. The bedroom is well decorated with painted pictures. There is a lot of luxury in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Breakfast is great. Regarding the location, it is relatively close (300m) to the center of everything (Plaza Mayor).

Regarding the structure, the only thing less pleasant is the bed, which is a little bit on the stiff side. The hotel's problem was the inexperienced staff. My family and I went to the hotel late (8pm) to sleep and catch an early morning flight. We had some issues there: 1 - The amount charged was different from Booking.com but the hostess, due to inexperience, did not know the reason (little experience) . She later discoverd that it was due to 10% tax. 2- There was a 2h power outage at night only on our side of the hotel, at night before our trip (morning). The hostess was lost and didn't know how to handle the problem. We needed to pack our bags and take shower. 3 - At bedtime, the bathroom door closed (broken lock), and the hotel staff didn't know what to do. Later, they managed to open it.

I had a room in the backlog the hotel which was much quieter. The staff was super nice and helpful whenever I had questions.

The room is clean enough and at a good angle. The shower has good pressure and gets to be hot soon. And, the staff are very kind and have good hospitality.

amazing breakfast buffet every morning with fresh fruit, yummy eggs and all extras including sweet cakes. very nice bathrooms and showers, new and well stocked. great location very close to main plaza. excellent helpful staff. safe luggage storage.

close to a few popular dance clubs/bars so some music/noise from street in some rooms.
