Not clean, bathroom needs plumbing maintenance. Sub-par at best.

Property is good overall. I saw but couldn’t use as my confirmed reservation was not hounoured

I couldn’t stay on my confirmed reservation. Once I reached hotel after long flight , the reception told me the hotel is fully booked and i was given nearby other hotel. The other hotel was very poor.

The location. The breakfast area. The food there and services especially by Carl de Chavez. He was very friendly and attentive not only to us but to other guests who are eating there. Thanks.

Upon our arrival, they informed us that the hotel was fully booked and transferred us to an older Radisson facility. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned was quite small and not very tidy.

The location is good. The front desk stuff are excellent.

When it used to be a different company, it was excellent total. Unfortunately nowadays the furniture is very old. The carpet is dirty and very old the wooden door worn-out I am sure the housekeeping stuff they are doing their best The problem is the furniture is too old and you can tell there’s a poor maintenance I stayed in this hotel since 10 years, I think it’s the right time to change The value that you paid is a different story it is too high, comparing to the quality of the apartment I notice that the hotel started provide the service and accommodation for company staff technicians probably engineers you know the rest? It is not any more good for families also the smell of the hotel somehow similar to workshops I am sorry to say that, but this is the truth .
