Close to train station - so a few stops away from Bonn Central Cozy space Enjoyed breakfast!

Laundry meant to open at 7am, had planned to do washing in the a.m. before meeting and it wasn't open

Busy railway right next to the hotel and no AC. so when it’s hot weather, you have to keep the window open and it’s very noisy during the night.

The bed was very comfortable, The windows were really great because I could open them all right up and as it was so hot, it allowed the room to be nice and cool during the night. The bathroom was clean and the towels were good quality,

The room was not clean. There was a lot of dust in the corners and the kitchen block in the room was horrible. It was dirty, greasy and covered in crumbs and small food rests!!! I didn't have a car along and so I really didn't enjoy the remoteness of the location, which was on the outskirts of the city in a semi-industrial estate. There is no proper fully-occupied reception and during my 2-day stay, I never saw any other guests and only spoke briefly, on one occasion, to the male receptionist who seemed quite friendly. I was, however, somewhat surprised at his infomal dress (oid jeans and a t-shirt)!!

it was warm with the window open. breakfast not good value. wifi we didn’t get to work (why not just unlock it!) , location is an industrial estate 30 mins walk out of town , or a tram ride or a cycle .

Very cute building, everything feels clean and new. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are well-equipped for cooking. They’re also spacious. The staff member who checked me in was quick and polite. It’s an easy property to navigate, and it was about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station (Bonn UN Campus stop).

There was no fan or air conditioning, which made it nearly impossible to sleep through the night. I was prepared for no air con, as that’s common in Europe, but I was surprised not to find a fan, at least, during a weekend with temperatures in the high 30s.

The room was clean and spacious and the kitchenette was really well equipped for its size. The staff were also very helpful.

Not much to complain about really. The only thing is the location. You have to cross some train rails and you might find yourself stuck for a decent amount of time if the barriers are down. otherwise it’s quite close to the tram that can get you anywhere.

The room was just what I'd hoped for with a kitchenette so that I could cook and eat my own meals. It was clean and the shower in the bathroom was very good.

The hotel is located near a railway line with at level crossing. The gates close very frequently and during the week I was there I was forced to wait sometimes up to 20 minutes for trains to pass, which made me late for a meeting at least once.

Value for price, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Very clean rooms and excellent bed - extremely comfortable!!! Recommended for business travelers especially

The room was spacious and had everything you need. It was quiet and comfortable.

The blinds and curtains did not completely block the light. It was very bright in the morning, I would recommend bringing a sleeping mask.

the bed sheets were rough and not comfortable at all (worst I ve ever experienced in a hotel. every ibis hotel is better. sorry. It was my first stay in your hotel and the last one. price was high for the quality of the hotel. although the room was big, I would have preferred a smaller one with more quality. lesson learned.
