Spa bath was really nice

The towel rack wasn't heating up at all and air vent in bathroom hanging by 2 screws.

Not sure why the staff took photos of my credit card and drivers licence, was uncomfortable feeling like my identity could be stollen.

Good location to walk to Newmarket and access to the motorway.

Inn is located on a one-way (busy) street so be prepared if you need to travel in the opposite direction.

Is surrounded by other accommodation place’s providing emergency housing. People screaming, fighting, yelling, dogs baking, allllllll night Walls n windows like paper, would have been less loud if double glazing Not this place’s problem, but the surrounding area is home to very undesirable people

Excellent location, walking distance to a massive shopping mall and the green link bus. Also it was very clean, the facilities were in good condition, kitchen for cooking my own food, a balcony with views, free parking and the staff were friendly

There were no cooking elements to fry on but an oven, so I used the oven grill instead - otherwise excellent

Location and room size. On first view looked good.

The pillow protectors had blood on them and mattress protector was dirty. Pillows hard and sheets rough and itchy.

We had a nice clean room, as usual. The check-in and check-out was a breeze. Shower was nice and powerful and the beds very comfy. Our room number 10 was really quiet, recommend.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This was a great place to stay for us. Warm and comfy room and very clean. This location made life easy as we had appointments at Mercy Epsom and were able to easily get there and walk into Newmarket for meals and R&R. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Room comes with kitchenette and utensils which was very convenient for our stay of 2 weeks. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Super bonus was the Sky sports channels airing the FWWC 2023 matches

The staff were lovely. Great value for money.

The walls are thin. The shower pressure was poor and the shower size was too small for taller people.

Very comfy bed, nice and warm. Good kitchen facilities.
