ШАХРАЇ, ВОРИ Відпочивали в цьому готелі та були дуже розчаровані. Нас обікрали. Покоївки вкрали дуже дорогу косметику. Адміністрація ніяк не відреагувала та не вирішила це питання. В номері було дуже брудно, на постілі було волосся та плями, двері на балконі не зачинялися на ключ, через це проживання було небезпечне, тому що наші апартаменти були розташовані на першому поверсі. Також було дуже шумно, бо немає шумоізоляції зовсім. Готель зіпсував все враження про відпочинок.

Calidad precio no está mal, pero que sea barato no quiere decir que el apartamento esté lleno de hormigas, es asqueroso, nos dieron una habitación superior porque la que nos dieron al principio tenía hormigas pero en la superior también había, no insistimos más porque me da que TODAS las habitaciones tienen hormigas. Las instalaciones están super descuidadas y la limpieza viene 1 vez a la semana, hemos estado 5 días y han venido una vez , deja mucho que desear este apartamento, no lo recomiendo.

Extrem Schlechte Zimmer, Hygiene schlecht, vieles Kaputt z.b Balkontür etc. , keine Klimaanlage, Betten sehr schlecht, ekelhaft und nie Wieder !!!!! Parken fast unmöglich, knöllchen auch bekommen 40€ !! Keiner kümmerst sich , Frühstück Abendessen Katastrophe!!! Eine Note Mangelhaft anstatt Ungenügend wegen Strandnahe.

El personal del hotel es encantador, Tomasi es un encanto y nos recomendó y trató de lujo, da gusto con personas como ella.

El bufet un poco simple, sin mucha variedad y no reponian lo que se terminaba pero todo rico.

Everything except the heat which extreme even for Spains standards. The resort is perfectly located in S'Illiot with the beach, bars & restaurants all in 2 to 3 mins walk & Sa Como only a 10 min walk away. It is basic room wise but the beds are comfortable, it's clean & the food in the hotel reception is good. I would go again.

Some nights there was no entertainment.

Ants in the room. Rude staff. Not “all” inclusive as some drinks not included. Adult pool full of kids. No air con in the rooms. Paper cups and warm drinks even with ice.

The staff was nice and location is good if you want to visit the east side of the island

The rooms have no air conditioner, breakfast it could be better, every morning is the same type of food. It’s quite pricey for what you get.

Top location, perfect for the price.

Strange smell from the kitchen. Nothing to wash the dishes like a sponge and soap ...

I loved it because my daughter loved it. She is 8.

The staff is nice, they agreed to change our room when we asked for it. Some food is tasty.

Quite old; you have to pay the key for the safe additionally; terrace door did not have the key to be locked; sometimes you get two towels, sometimes just one (depends on the cleaning lady); breakfast and dinner are not versatile at all, there is no variety in food, majority of meat-based food is pork; elevator did not work;

Room I was staying in could do with a renovation, bed mattress wasn't the best. Food was OK but repetitive and not much of a choice. For the price I paid I didn't mind tho. Had a good stay

it’s clean and tidy. location is amazing for beach front literally 1 min walk and your on a beach. all round decent facilities.

Very hard bed and the bedding they used was like rough material. wasn’t a great sleep. the spare pillows has been there a while as they stank.

Cheap price and close to promenade

Worst food I've ever eaten In a hotel. Room was very musty. TV didn't work. Could hear the entertainment from my room into the early hours. Almost all the other guests were Polish. It was ok for one night travelling through but definitely no more. The other two hotels for similar price I stayed in were far superior.

Lovely staff, room was clean and looked very nice. Location is close to the beach, shops and restaurants in S’Illot. Area felt safe. The value for money was excellent.

A funny point of critique but the rashers at breakfast are covered in too much oil and not very tasty.

- room and balcony were spacefull - air condinioning and wi-fi - maybe not perfect but it was allright - nice and kind staff - parking availability (there are quite spots around the building as well as public free parking next to it) - basic kitchen equipment available - I'm not a fan of hotel's animations but my 6 yo son loved mini disco :) nice person was doing these animations - Mallorca is getting more and more expensive, considering that it was still a season, for apartment and breakfast&dinner it was very good offer considering price/value aspect.

- there's no air conditioning for the canteen, during hot days with high humidity it was pretty dificult stay there - general condition of infrastructure and equipment - some of the things need to refreshed or repaired - rooms wer cleaned twice a week (which is fair for two starts) but not always thoroughly and sometimes towels left on the floor were not replaced

Location excellent

It was August and so hot...sorry 1x fan in room is not good enough in that type of heat. The night receptionist lady is very rude and has terrible customer service skills. It was the worst welcome I have received through my many years of travel.

Breakfasts good - wide option Dinner - was ok - choice from 3 foods everyday, deserts like ice cream were good. Coffee not so good. Included drinks during the eating time. Lunch - the same like the dinner - cheap : for 10€

Tables during the breakfast and dinner were not so clean. And dishes were dirty. Personal could not speak so good English

Close to the beach, shops, etc. Check in smooth with very lovely lady on reception who explained everything clearly. Good size comfy apartment with fridge, kettle and microwave (but limited crockery/utensils if you go self catering). We were HB so only used fridge. Food was ok -we found something to eat at each meal. 2 nice pool areas with plenty of sunbeds. Would definitely stay again.

- food was a bit repetitive but to be expected with these buffet style places. - pool bar server was rude, and some restaurant staff were very unfriendly. - cleaners did not mop our apartment and forgot to empty the bins on one occasion. Mop bucket and dirty mop was left outside our door all week.
