Renovierte Zimmer, schöner Balkon mit toller Aussicht, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das fröhlich singende Zimmermädchen verdient Anerkennung. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Straßenlärm war nicht vorhanden. Das Personal an der Bar war ebenfalls freundlich und flink.

Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden. Bademäntel waren nicht vorhanden, konnten jedoch gemietet werden.

The beach/pool towel system was very inefficient and they never had fresh towels for the pool or beach.

I really liked the hotel: it was clean with a rich evening program, which was new every night. The room was clean. The food in the restaurant was really good with a huge choice.

The only problem is that you can really hear what is going on in the hall or in the next room. It’s not very comfortable.

Full of retirement people. Felts like a retirement home.

The breakfast was excellent catering to all tastes. The were friendly and very professional. The location would be hard to beat near a good selection of restaurants and the beach on the doorstep. The pool was perfect.

The inability to use card payment in bar or pool bar. It was cash or room card pay on checkout.

The breakfast and the dinner was excellent. There were a lot of tasty and many options you can choose. Location is also good near to the bus station if you want to use it. Some days we also saw that you can celebrate your birthday with special decorated table for breakfast or dinner. It seemed really special. Animations are really enjoyable and different. Carabine, archery, etc. You need to attend. In the afternoon you can also play ping pong which we discovered too late. Every staff is good and helpful. I like the fact that the hotel is adults only. I like kids very much but withouts any kids around the holiday was a little bit more peaceful without cheerings. There were even some guests seemed to know them which is also nice. We wanted to have that kind of a relationship too but I think we needed to be there more or couple of times maybe. All of our days were memorable and the hotel was like a home for us. So in general, it was a good holiday destination. We will be back!

The sunbeds at the sea side is not free of charge. You need to rent it. But…the hotel locations is really good so you can leave your things at the pool sunbeds and go to the sea and come back. Or even you can buy sun umbrellas from the near super market and use it in the beach.

Very friendly staff. Crystal clear water and fine sand on the beach which is right in front of the hotel. Nearby protected landscape of Punta de n’Amer for running in the morning. Clean and beautiful beach promenade in front of the hotel. Very nice pool with palm trees in it. Amazing Flamenco Show in the hotel at no additional cost. Fête Blanche in the hotel with dance music. Excellent breakfast and dinner with gala dinner every Saturday with live piano music. Bike rental was very conveniently facilitated by the hotel including storage of the bikes in the hotel. Beautiful off-white large-sized floor tiles around the pool and on the balcony of the room. Fantastic view of the sea and beach from the balcony of the room.

The hotel is situated in Sa Coma which has only some shops and no real Village Center. However, we had a rental car and went to so many nice places in Mallorca, that this was no issue for us. The air condition could work a little better. The room furniture, lobby, and hallways are not particularly attractive but this was more than outweighed by the fantastic sea view and overall appearance of the hotel.

While we were upgraded at check-in, the room was outdated and small. the A/C did not work great.

Double beds! It would be great if hotel upgrade to double bed instead of two separate beds 😉

The view of the sea was amazing. The pool size was perfect, and the dining buffet for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Animators were very entertaining!

They care about their pool towels so much but not your departure for the shuttle bus. it means you will miss your flight.

The 2 single beds pushed together, kills the idea of a 1 bedroom hotel for 2 people. The lights need replacement or looking at, the AC isn’t good this is room 349
