Breakfast was delicious
The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious
We had evening meal both nights and the food was excellent and the staff were attentive and helpful

Food quality and presentation for both breakfast & dinner very poor. Room had leaking shower. Accommodation looked tired.

Great location, good parking (if near vertical!), very comfortable room, excellent catering, wonderful staff
Very minor - as someone who has some difficulties in walking I found the uneven floor in the restaurant needed some care. Also minor, a little more variety or flexibility at breakfast would have been welcome.

Breakfast wasn't included in our stay but I would of preferred to be able to get it later than 10am cut off if I was having it

it was just lovely
staff were so lovely helpful and service in the restaurant was brill. hotel was clean lovely rooms and tidy only thing for us was the mattress was very hard

very young staff not very professional the room was small and walls were quite shabby I.e paintwork

A very beautiful inn. Cosy room, comfortable room, delicious pub food. Really liked the decor of the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and nice.

The bed was rock hard to the point where we didn’t sleep and the pillows were lumpy
