A hidden gem. Beautiful staff & grounds right in the centre of it all. The pool view rooms are so quiet & a gorgeous view of the gardens.

Smelly mould in rooms. Air con bad position, directly facing the bed. when using shower it wets the toilet.

I love the pool and garden. it’s like a little paradise among all the Kuta craziness! the restaurant food was really good as well!!

The room wasn't that clean something was on the sheets but as soon as we asked them they changed it immediately. The air-conditioned is verrrry old .makes unbearable noises we couldn't keep it off cuz it s hot even at night .so we ended up without any sleep for 2 nights.

It was very convenient to where we wanted to be and the staff were lovely. would definitely stay again. upstairs the beds were more comfortable.

the pool area is great and the staff (Especially Ayu) are amazing and friendly, always smiling

our room is very old, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the shower and bathroom are outdated and old and the shower head does not work properly. some of the younger staff (mainly the restaurant) have difficulty understanding simple requests (language barrier most likely). there are a lot of mosquitoes due to the beautiful green gardens all over the property, unfortunately this means they get easily into the rooms in the evenings and you wake up with bites on you.

Close to everything , bars, restaurants plenty of shopping around you and reliable money changers. In the heart of Jl Legian but tucked away with beautifully presented gardens. Friendly staff around the resort.

Pool is more warmer than others, so not very refreshing on a hot day, We booked deluxe rooms which were very basic, had no bathroom toiletries available only body wash in the shower, stepping into the shower to get body wash to wash your hands isn't practical. Also the neighbouring dog continually barked all through the night which made our 4 night stay unrestful and left resort feeling tired.
