Location is ok

Staff need to be trained how to talk with customer not polite and very rude. There are everyone complaining about service and if hire there is lot of hidden charges from hotel.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy and worked at only 1 speed.The fridge wasnot working.The room was deluxe room. The room had to be changed due to extremely noisy AC and a very small room was given instead of the deluxe room for which we had paid, here too the AC worked at only 1 speed. Staff showed unwillingness to accept Rs 2000 notes.This is absolutely not fair because guests come from various places ,not necessarily from India ,and these notes are going to be valid till September end 2023,Malls and all other places are accepting these notes in Mumbai.

Hotel location is best and we'll maintained. Reception staff very rude and not supportable don't even know manners of hospitality.

Reception staff specially Lady manager in sari very rude and non supportive.

Breakfast was great, staff could be more organised and structured with specific responsibilities

Very expensive room and food as per the room size and food quality. Location was good that is the only plus but not allowed to access the beach from hotel before 7AM to after 7PM is disappointing. I was staying with my senior citizen parents, who want to go for early morning beach walk and that's the reason I booked this hotel to have the direct access to beach, if timing have been mention in booking portal, I could have not booked this property.

Location was good and the ambience also.

Sea beach entry door from the hotel loby remains closed most of the time and staff doesn't bother to open it even if you stand with your family.
