La atención y alimentos fue muy bueno.

Hay algunos árboles que no dejan ver el lago, no me dieron factura, entre mis prisas no la pedí pero jamás me preguntaron mi NIT, el horario del jacuzzi es reducido, deberían tenerlo disponible si alguien lo solicita para usarlo en la noche

bathroom floor was too slippery. my recommendation is to place some mats or add some cement were we as a guess do no slip

all its facilities are beautiful and with a very pleasant climate, the jacuzzi is very nice surely we will be back!!

The breakfast was very good, and the service excellent. What I liked the most was that all the employees were wearing the attire from Santa Catarina and were proud to do so, it's high time that this is appeciated, it is a lovely hüipil for the women and tha short pants of the men are beautiful; but it's amazing how designs hae changed during the years.

I had forgotten that the lake has shrinked and the hotel is no longer at the water edge. Also it's not easy to get there due to the narrow streets and to our chagrin the main street ws blocked due to repairs and the detour signs weren't good.

Beautiful property near the shores of Lake Atitlan. The village is quiet, but has a local market and a pier. Please note that this village is not on the normal route for the public ferries around the lake, but you can arrange a private boat to take you to the other villages. The pool is wonderful, and the restaurant was terrific. As a solo traveler, they took very good care of me.

Spectacular experience, I would recommend to have a more wide menu but the facilities and the staff were incredible. The view is unbelievable, and the rooms are very comfy.

The Restaurant menu and they could have a better coffee, espresso was not available after I ordered several and they didn't have good salad options (only one with no protein).

staff was not very attentive. location is not super central (more quiet and local). If you wanna be were the action is, that location is not for you.

no air conditioning. most of the lights in the room were not working. no proper shades on the window. not even one multifunctional socket for charging in the room. very dated, simple bathroom with no amenities. hair dryer by request only. breakfast a la karte but needs improvement.

The breakfast was wonderful. We stayed for 5 night and loved the breakfast experience. There were many options to choose from, everything tasted great! Coffee, juice and oatmeal were also included in every breakfast. It was an incredible start to the day.

The shampoo/shower gel could have been better.

Peaceful, clean, manicured, safe hotel with very professional staff. For us perfect location. For 5 Q you can take a collectivo, which is fun, into Panajachel. Great thermal pool, games room, good breakfast and restaurant. Great views of the lake and the volcanoes from our room.

Lots of short stay tour groups. Not much storage for clothes.

The hotel is surprisingly stingy with doling out necessities like blankets (which didn’t come with the room and you had to ask for it) and hair dryers. The hotel restaurant is meh and overpriced but unfortunately the only thing in town.

the public boats do not come to Santa Catarina, so you need to take a private boat (150Q) or tuktuk (50Q) to go to panajachel.
