Friendly staff, easy parking, good location near Belmont Shops. General presentation of the rooms a bit dated but pleasant. Spacious.

The bathroom light switch turned on a fluorescent light (which took 3 seconds to light up) and a very noisy fan, which made going to the bathroom in the middle of the night an unpleasantly dramatic experience. My wife's side of the bed sagged at the edge.

Had everything that we needed, friendly staff

We were all tired from our holiday and the Motel was easy to find, gave us a very friendly welcome and a very relaxing checking in experience, the room was sparkling clean and spacious, the water hot or cold as it should be, car parking was at the door, with no stairs from car to door. Plenty of room in the car park to manouver to car and reverses park it at the door and then straight out to the road as we left.
