This property was advertised as having Bay views, it was located on the bottom floor, no view of the Bay or even see water ,

Very convenient location. Attended my son's Deakin graduation ceremony located in the next building. Super convenient! Walking distance to shopping mall, eateries, Cunnigham Pier, the Waterfront area. Beautiful and cosy apartment. Very well-equipped. Even had movie DVDs with player. Paul was very kind, friendly and helpful. Explained everything clearly upon check-in.

The location was excellent, very scenic, everything that you would need for a comfortable stay was provided. We have travelled extensively 401 Pier Point rated better than many 5 star International hotels. Thanks to our host Paul.

Breakfast was not included, but the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cereal, tea and coffee. In fact the generosity of provisions was excellent and unexpected.
The location of the property was central, surrounded by coffee outlets and restaurants and shops. A great walk is across the road along the bay in either direction

This was my second stay in two months for a week of uni. The apartment is lovely and the owner has thought of everything you could need to be self contained. It's in a great location along the waterfront, and right next to Deakin uni. The restaurants,Westfield shopping centre and beach front are all so close. A car park is included which is brilliant as parking is hard to find in Geelong and you won't need your car staying here.
Unfortunately, this unit has no sound insulation and the garbage/recycling was collected at 4am then 5am twice in the 5 nights I stayed. Right outside the window. There is also a new Cafe directly underneath the unit which is quite noisy from just before 7am. There are no privacy blinds and the unit looks directly into offices so I kept the blinds closed. These are obviously out of the owners control but if you're like me and not used to noise take some ear plugs to help you sleep.

Exceptionally well presented unit with lots of extra conveniences. Excellent location across the road from the pier and foreshore.
Not any fault with the unit but you do get some noise from skip bins being collected below the main bedroom and the streetsweepers.

we travelled over for my birthday party which was close to Pier Point we liked the easy walking distance and the closeness of cafes and piers. The apartments were very quiet and private. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The host Paul gave very clear and concise information upon our arrival and was friendly and able to answer any inquiries we had.
The only problem we encountered was the coffee machine did not seem to work properly or easily.

Loved my stay here for a week of on-site intensives at Deakin uni. The location was excellent, uni right next door, on the waterfront, and close to everything. I didn't use my car once and knew it was safe and secure in the car park provided. The apartment was excellent and the host had provided all the little things to make my stay easier.
Only minor issues that included a noisy but wonderful Cafe located right below and the sound echoed from their open at 7am. Their coffees and fabulous service made up for it though. The apartment is quite dark also with no privacy if the blinds are open. Very minor issues and certainly didn't take away from all the positives.

Everything available within walking distance. Kitchen facilities were very good. Glad we had a washing machine and tumble dryer...

The property was located right in front of the Cunningham Pier and it was just a beautiful spot. Lots of restaurants near by to choose from and it was very relaxing. The apartment was exceptional, they have thought about every little detail any traveller could possibly forget. They had provided us with dishwashing liquid to make up remover wipes, as I mentioned everything was well provided for us and we are so grateful to Paul and Linda.
The only negative comment is not about the apartment but in general the building had A LOT of mosquitoes. Us being first time travellers to Geelong, we had no prior knowledge about it sadly.

It was the most comfortable and relaxing place we have ever stayed in Geelong. Loved every minute of the stay. If i knew about this place i would stay the next time we are in Geelong as it was booked out for this week. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was so clean and comfortable. Thank you for the drinks
