The location was great - just outside the city but only 5 minutes to the centre of the action. Our host was great - brilliant communication and really helpful on our arrival. We had the top floor (attic) room which was a lovely open plan set up with kitchen etc. It was really peaceful, clean and comfortable. Plenty of street parking around the property too.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation in a good location. Easy to find a park outside (paid). The place was quiet and I slept well. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and met me to show me around the property (thanks for helping me carry my bags up the stairs!) Really good value, I would stay again.

Warm welcome with a lot of tips about Angers. Cozy and comfortable apartment, beautifully decorated, very quiet area yet very central. Overall very pleasant stay and blissful experience, we will be back with no hesitation.

Location

1. Had to contact the owner for check-in details despite the instructions on Booking.com stating they would contact us 24hrs prior to arrival. 2. The property is tired and needs redecorating - paint was off the walls and there are black marks on the faux marble bathroom walls. 3. Keys to the apartment only worked on the inside of the lock and could not be removed. This meant we could not leave valuables in the property when we went out as it could not be secured, severely restricting our movement. 4. For the price, we at least expected some coffee (capsules or instant) to be included. Similarly, there was a lack of either dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tablets to do washing up. 5. Overall not value for money and living off a previous reputation. Lazy.
