Fantastic location, comfortable room ,kettle and tea ,coffee and a good if simple breakfast

The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Our twin studio was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage space (chest of drawers and wardrobe). There was a welcome tray awaiting us with tea/coffee/little milks/sugar/biscuits which was much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and towels and free toiletries (soap/hair and body shampoo) were provided. The kitchenette had washing up liquid, tea-towel and sponge and it was equipped with cutlery/plates/glasses/bowls/saucepans and kettle, A washing machine (Euro 4) and a dryer (Euro 2) were available on the ground floor. The location is very good, as there is a tram stop just a few minutes away which connects the property with the railway station. There is a good supermarket in the same street. The city centre is easily walkable (about 10-15 minutes).

Great location. The beds were comfy & it was clean. I didn’t hear noise during the night. Would recommend.

Bathroom could have done with a refurb, breakfast was ok but a bit limited.
