Exactly what was advertised - a small, comfortable place to sleep and store luggage.

Arriving after hours, I picked up the key at a neighboring bar. No issue there, but the directions the hotel left were confusing. I didn’t find the door until another guest showed me his key and then showed me where to enter.

The location is perfect! We had the 4 Person Room which had a small balcony and it was cleaned ever day. 10/10 can recommend!

-Amazing and helpful staff. it was one of our best experiences with a hotel staff.the lady which I didn’t ask her name,accommodated us in a room which was not our room( due to our very early check in timing) just to refresh until our room gets ready. we really needed and enjoyed that. all the other staff was also nice and helpful. -great view for our room -beautiful historical building!

Very good location, close to the metro station (if one takes the right exit). Lots of good places to eat at. Kudamm is really close, so shopping is convenient.

Floors were dirty

Perfect place for a short trip to Berlin. Place has a comfy and big rooms with nice bathroom. It is surrounded with shops and restaurants. Berlin zoo is in a walking distance, same as S9 bahn(4 mins), that goes directly to the airport.

Great Location in close proximity to two train station, a bus station and in an area with lots of restaurants and bars. Very comfortable beds with high quality mattresses. Clean room with sound insulating windows.

If you sleep lightly, ask for a room that is not facing the street / cafe, as it can get quite noisy (and smelly from patrons smoking).

Friendly people when checking in and out, by all means, but… - no common space for recreation - «Pension» defined as dormitory.

The tiniest room in Berlin! Impossible to stay either in one’s room or in the (practically nonexisting) common space. Did not try the breakfast as after shower my first urge was: get out of this place! (for 3 nights).

The room was spacious and very clean (it was cleaned every day), the breakfast was slightly repetitive but tasty, the location was good with an easy access to transport and bars.

We had an unpleasant experience with checking in late in the evening. They changed the place where we were supposed to pick up the keys without letting us know. No text message or email had been sent to advise us about the change. They just left a note on the reception door. The building where we were staying is an old and grand palace which is actually quite stylish and beautiful but there is no lift in the building and we had to climb a good few flies of stairs to get to our room on the 3rd floor. Worth keeping it in mind if you are an elderly person or a parent with small children. The room itself was comfortable and spacious but the noise from the main street was quite unbearable if you wanted to sleep with the windows open. No air conditioning was available. Also a fridge and a kettle would be welcome.
