Ciężko to znaleźć, nawet przypadkowo poznany Włoch nie mógł znaleźć wejścia pomimo wskazówek od właściciela. Dodatkowo uzyskałam wiadomość od hotelu o parkingu, który był zamknięty na klódkę, o czym nie napisano. Parking straszliwie ciasny. Łazienka ciasna, nie zapewnia intymności, widać dorobiona w pokoju aby uzyskać wrażenie, że to pokój z łazienką. W prysznicu jakas brudna mata antypoślizgowa. Zdjęcia nie oddają rzeczywistości. Cena za to , to zdecydowanie za dużo.

Ottima posizione, comodo per poter girare nei dintorni ma anche per spostarsi un po' più verso il porto,io ero da sola per motivi di lavoro, e avevo bisogno di avere tutto a portata di mano e devo dire che ho scelto molto bene, se dovessi tornare a genova con la mia famiglia sicuramente tornerò in questa struttura.

Location is very good, staff is welcoming. The staff helped US Open the parking of the mall in the morning as it wasn’t yet open

Room is very small, no space to open the luggage no noise cancelation, you can hear other rooms. However if you need a place to crash for a short period the location is very good

Check-in was a bit confusing because I didn't receive any instructions beforehand to tell me which floor it was on. Additionally, the room was fine but some mosquitos in the room kept me up at night and I woke up with new bites both mornings. I had the window closed but then when they cleaned my room, they opened it up. The common area of the hotel was a bit odd. It felt like someone's home that was being renovated. It wasn't very clean and smelled like smoke. The WiFi in the room was pretty weak.
