My booking was with breakfast and the hotel manager does not knows and ask us that we have to pay for breakfast.Poor communication

The cherry on the cake is the Bali rooftop lounge

Room size.

The location is the only plus.

1. The wi-fi did not work during my entire stay and despite telling the staff several times, there was no solution. The telephone network is very poor inside the rooms. 2. Given the fact that the room charges are quite high, the facilities are not worth the money. The furnitures are old. 3. The breakfast, too, is below par and lacks variety. Also, the restaurant is slightly over-priced given the fact that the food quality is strictly average or at times even below par. The location of the hotel is a big plus - it is just next to The Taj and has some good restaurants and cafes around, but the property needs immediate revamp, and most more importantly, staff need to be trained better to ensure smooth and faster service.
