Stayed at FabExpress Kohinoor City for 3 days. The location is great and so are the facilities for a serviced apartment. The staff led by the Manager, Mr. Rahul Kumar is excellent and most hospitable. The service was prompt and Mr. Rahul went out of the way to make us feel at home. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor with a terrace and felt like a home away from home. The food is like home cooked food, though we did not eat all meals here. All in all Perch is more than value for money.

Washroom was not clean, no toiletry provided,waster drainage poor in washroom, bedsheet dirty, washroom door broken from bottom, staff behaviour is not good.

The room was just fine but the staff was terrible. We didn't get breakfast even when it was included. Also, we had to pay for the tooth brush and paste bcoz thr hotel didn't provide anything except the below average room without any basic facilities.

The staff was rude and did not follow the instructions as mentioned in the booking. We paid extra for the basic things like tooth brush and paste. The food was below average and extremely pricey based on the quality.

they don’t entertain the details filled on app, they did not allow 3 of us to stay in one toom when booked for 3, and had us book another room for extra cost
