The prize was too high

air conditioner was always on… that’s amazing in summer! cleanness of room.

door keys had problems and had to go back to reception to change it. pillow was not ergonomic.

Early check out, I just drop de key and just few steps to the Air bus directly to frankfurt airport in 20 minutes.

Early check in (14h) was not allowed.

room is nice, not big but enough. Clean and has new furniture.

Location, I always pick hotels on location of what I need to do.. English TV Chanels, Good Size Bathroom, Good water pressure in shower.

Was there on a Winter's day, Hotel room was red hot, Air cond not working at all, Front desk did all they could at 330am but all rooms the same. The windows had locks on so was not able to open no Coffee / Tea station in a Business class room come on guys. Fix these. 1. Air Conditioning <--- Get an Aussie over they will fix it.. 2. Allow the windows to be open, like all other german hotels. <-- or see point one 3. Coffee and Tea making in the room <- come its 2023 not 1923 4. The beds are old fashioned get some pillow tops then you call this room a business class room. 5 18 Euro parking come on... but 3 euro parking not far is okay if you are male , Hate to do that carpark as a woman at 3am.. Fix those and not bad hotel..

Heating not working so they brought a small heater unit Shower gel empty so asked for new one Didn’t get replaced so had to ask again Free ticket for travel is no longer for all, so booking.com need to amend that on website

Very convenient for going to the airport. Just besides the train station. Clean, confortable, personnel very nice. It was a perfect choise.

There could have been some toiletries offered such as moisturiser. definitely not a must have but would be a great.

came back on the Saturday at 10.15 and was told the bar was shut and if we wanted to have a drink we would need to go elsewhere, not very good for a hotel .

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very good, right next to the central station and connections to city center and sights. The room was quite and cozy. Good value for money specially with the city tickets so you can roam around freely.

The pillows were not very comfortable, more pillows should be there as they were very flat and low. There was no kettle for making coffee or tea in the business room we stayed, it was available in Superior Room. This actually was also mentioned in the room description but seems like a very basic facility to be available for business room. Although the staff was kind enough to provide hot water at the bar.
