Very good location. The rooms are spacious and modern with a very nice view from the rooms. Parking on site safe and secure. Rooms are close to the Mall and that is great for shopping. Restaurants are nearby and very convenient to visit.

No mattress protector on bedding. Fitted sheet did not fit the bed and came off during the the night. No extra blanket in the room. Safe did not work. No laundry bag in room. Pillow cases still wet after being washed and was smelling. There are no room amenities only one small bottle of shampoo. No shower gel, soap, body lotion, facecloths or vanity kit. This is normally standard at such high end facility. Carpet in Main Bedroom can do with a deep clean. Rooms smell a little and the chandeliers can be cleaned.

The size of the room and location.

The furniture in the room was in a poor condition,the towels were worn out, the room lamps had no bulbs in them, the aircon in the main room didn’t work. When i asked for more towels they said they dont have any. Room service attendants came into the room while we were still sleeping. The kitchen had hardly any cutlery. The main bedroom shower door leaks. Under the beds were very dusty. There was no staff at the main desk at check out to accept the key from me. Builders were all over the hotel sitting on trolleys eating lunch. Was very disappointing to see this hotel go down like this. I’ve stayed here before many times and it was never like this before.

The apartment is really modern, spacious and is cleaned everyday. Views from the apartment are really great. Free undercover parking. Heated floors in the ensuite.

Stayed in room 806 - WIFI and the phone did not work. Reported it to reception in person. The manager had the audacity to tell me that I must phone the internet company. Called the company, they rudely asked me why am I phoning and the reception know they need to send an email. The person at reception said they would sort it out but once the next person started their shift, no one sorted out the problem. Second day, reported again. Was given the WIFI code for room 807 and that too did not work. Entire stay without WIFI. Pathetic. My phone LTE signal was not the best but was better than no WIFI. I have stayed in outer lying areas in the bush with WIFI. No hot water on Saturday morning. Ended up having an ice cold bath. Reception seemed to think it was a joke when i reported it. No one could tell me why there was no hot water. The person on duty blamed renovations at the Marriot hotel next door and that they turn off the water randomly. Excuses. There was water but it was just not hot. Sunday, also no hot water in the morning. I eventually figured out that during peak times, there's limited hot water for the entire building. Again, not acceptable given the price I paid. Second last day of our stay - we left the wet towels on the floor as per the instruction for new towels. No new towels given. Phone still not working so unable to phone reception. Waiting for the lift takes forever because for the duration of our stay, only one lift worked. Average wait time is 5-7min for the lift. The heated towel rack in the ensuite is extremely hot to the touch. Touching it for less than a second can burn you. We had to be wary with our child to ensure she did not touch it. The prepaid meter is usually reset or funds added automatically by the Management when it is low. On our last night, the prepaid meter was running low and kept on beeping which disturbed our sleep. I had to keep waking up to push a button to stop the beeping. Honestly, not what I expected.

This hotel is just wonderful!! The views, the rooms, the location, THE VIEWS!! The friendly staff. I stayed for 3 nights to recover from surgery and I can not praise the staff enough. Jason at reception went above and beyond to help me and so did Primrose in housekeeping. I am returning to South Africa next year and will book for the entire family stay. THANK YOU.🫶 ILSE NEL.

There was nothing i did not like.

I loved the location of the property and the comfortability

throughout the entire 10 days of my stay, we were never given clean towels. the cleaners only folded them up and made it look like they were new ones when it was still the old towels one of the days we were given a bed sheet that was torn and was not hard to miss in the slightest. the last issue was that I had made four enquiries about getting the wifi for my room fixed, which it was eventually sorted out but for the money that I am paying for this experience, I would like these listed issues to not be a thing

The location was the highlight for me. Easy access to all the attractions, and just a walk to Canal Walk shopping Mall. The room was spacious, the security was on high alert and we felt safe all the time. The front desk staff were Superb, their customer service is top notch. I will definitely recommend the place to friends and family.

I was a bit disappointed by the apartment we were allocated (Room 203). It did not meet the standard of what I saw on the pictures, and the rooms I previously used. The Breakfast was also not worth the money. For R290 pp I expected a full variety of everything, but it was limited. I recommend an improvement of the breakfast.

The 2 bedroom apartment was specious and added bonus of the smart tv. Serviced everyday and towels changed bed also comfortable. We will definitely stay here whenever in Cape Town.

The tv in the living room and one bedroom apartment had very limited channels other than that everything was excellent.

This was a beautiful flat on the 8th floor with great views of Cape Town. The area is safe with lots of restaurants and a massive shopping mall within walking distance. The staff on the front desk are excellent and resolved the issues we had below quickly.

We'd had a bit of difficulty beforehand. Having booked a 3 bedroom flat we were moved due to double booking and had to have a 2 bed and a 1 bedroom instead. Not sure if there is any maintenance/housekeeping checklist. We had no pillow cases when we first arrived, no bulbs in a couple of lamps and no iron within the flat. One of the sinks was really slow at draining. We also had a day where towels were taken but not replaced. this was sorted by the front desk but i dont want to spend my vacation sorting out property issues.

The close proximity to Canal Walk and other attractions in Cape Town The residence is very comfortable and well appointed. Some of the older furniture could do with some change. The ambiance is lovely and you are assured of a good stay

That my room wasn't ready when I arrived before the alloted check in time. Bit the staff were super and sorted that out ASAP. Also getting g a call on the morning of my departure to remind me.of checkout time was a bit of a downside to a lovely stay

The location is nice with sea and mountain views

The host phone number was on voicemail we couldn't get hold of them until we called the security company to locate the property owner, we then had to wait for 4hrs to be Checked in, as if that was not enough no amenities were provided no kettle, milk or sugar and coffee provided we had to request if we needed something, the shower head in the room was broken it give unpleasant splash when taking a shower, the caretakers wife walks around wearing a morning gown while attending to us.

Sad that they only give one set of keys or tag per unit. Very disappointed

1. Found a half eaten apple upon arrival. 2. Unfriendly staff (more specifically the cleaners). 3. TV is advertised but didn't work. 4. Plausible fraud upon payment- sent an email but I'm not sure if they responded.

The room was very nice value for money

I had to wait 4 hours after check in to get fresh linen. I had to change tags 4 times as all tags wasn't working which made my stay unpleasant.
