Facilities good. Location a few kilometres away from town makes the experience of the environment a serene one, depending on other factors (see below).

The stay was spoiled somewhat due to neighbouring guests who saw fit to saturate the serenity of the setting by playing techno 'music' without headphones, uninterrupted for three and a half hours.

Warm conditioning. Comfortable bed. Easy to get around Grampians!

Didn't see the staff at all, check in & check out was without staff, remotely

Great TV and could login to netflix. Good fireplace and wood provided. Rooms were clean. The bed and sofa was comfortable and fridge was good.

Patchy interent, internal lighting appalling, broken fly screen, no duvet as pictured on the bed in winter - freezing! No separate shower from the spa. "Free toiletries" is a wall mounted soap dispenser above the sink, in a completely separate room to the shower, very inconvenient. 1970's towels that felt like cardboard. Broken bathroom heat lamps. Gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling where old exhaust fan was. No doors on bathroom, bedroom or lounge rooms so couldn't warm up any of thesw rooms. Very tired and dated decor, desperately needs a renovation. Need a vehicle to get to town.

it looked like a nice tidy room until we found black mould in the bathroom, and the tv didn’t work. Having a young child we didn’t even stay the night and ended up driving 3 hours home

poor quality’s unpacking chilling . ceiling hanging down 80 mm in corner insulation like recycle newspaper with fire retardant fall on face during the night a thank you for telling us and apologize and do what ever you have to do .Down pipe runs on to ground , and 30 to 40 mm of water to step into before you unload your car ground depression from day to day use and impervious areas seals well star ratings need to be viewed across the state.

Very helpful Property Manager who bought us firewood and milk on request. The one bedroom lodeges were great for our May visit... fireplace and spa were both appreciated. Thank you .

More crockery, cutlery and pots would be appreciated. .

Perfect for just a place to sleep. It was clean and tidy. The abundance of wildlife was amazing! Kangaroos, emus, kookaburras and galahs

No milk provided for a much needed coffee in the morning and the wifi was terrible

Beautiful location close to Halls Gap. Rooms clean and comfortable and very comfy beds. The host was friendly and welcoming. Grounds well maintained and attracted local wildlife.
