Location and views of viaduct were excellent. Breakfast and evening drinks on the terrace were worth it. Nice people at check-in.

The apartment really needs a makeover. Toilet seat in wrong size, peeling paint in bathroom ceiling, dishwasher not clean for use. Everything has patina...

amazing views fron terrace. Great proximity to old town and new. Extremely spacious apartment. very authentic old school spanish. It had heart and soul unlike many newly built hotels.

Location, location , location! To the old city, to the main attractions and being able to walk most places, including restaurants and transport.

If you are travelling in order to see beautiful and inspiring locations, you have to stay here. The views are everything! We had to keep pinching ourselves as we did not think accommodation with these kind of views would ever be accessible in our budget. A bottle of wine on the terrace made for a magical evening.

The bathroom and rooms are basic and maybe need a touch up, but these things don't matter with views like these.

Quite old towels - looks not very clean. Problems with hot water. First day no hot water at all. 2nd day you will get sometimes warm water after waiting for a few min.

The view!!! The location was excellent. We had a massive room over three stories with a terrace. Fridge, kettle and cooking facilities. Nice bathroom too.

There is one shared bathroom for several rooms and the toilets are inside so we had to wait sometimes.

I cannot stress how wonderful the location is and how impressive the view is from this property! The private terrace that we had and The spectacular view in convenient location made up for the fact that the apartment itself is dated and could use some routine maintenance. The hostess was gracious and polite even though we don't speak Spanish and she spoke little English. We were still able to appreciate her hospitality and understand her tour of the apartment. Within minutes you can walk to many viewpoints, landmarks, and restaurants and shops. The feel of the town was bustling but casual, and we had a relaxing and very scenic stay.

As mentioned above, there is some routine maintenance that could be done on the property. It is dated but homey. The most significant issue we had was the lack of hot water. It should also be noted that it there is a dishwasher but if you are planning to use it you are not provided any dishwasher soap. Lastly as mentioned in many reviews, parking is an issue. We attempted street parking which is ill advised. I would suggest mapping out in advance the multiple public parking ramps that are available with 24-hour parking and picking any of them that are nearby because it is an easy walk. We parked in the Jerez lot which was an easy, flat walk and had no issues with our car (left no valuables of course)

The property exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous views of the main town landmark. Plenty of space. well equipped facilities. Pleasant staff.

There are two TV sets. One in the living room and the other one in the main bedroom. The one in the living room didn't work, but that wasn't an issue for me as I mainly stayed in the bedroom

only one complaint there is water damage in the first floor of the apartment that had a musky smell if they redo the entrance wall then this place would be a hot spot
