Nice facilities, two pools (one heated, one not) with plenty of space around them, toilets at the pool and never appeared busy. Close by the beach and pub and eateries within walking distance. Lots of space in the rooms and loved the outside shower.

It was all fantastic

Spacious

Despite a very handy public bus system right outside it was a little too far from Cable Beach. The very limited channel TV was out of order for the last two days / nights. The dust and leaf littered BBQ area outside the apartment looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Very highly priced for the standard and location. Staff were excellent and very helpful with excursion ideas.

Handy location (we had car) and most of the gardens were pretty good. Staff very kind. The disabled carpark for my elderly parents was brilliant. It was a lovely quiet spot. Beds comfy. Loved the outdoor shower.

The garden at our section of the resort was a dead & dry rockscape. We picked rubbish out of the rocks and garden, cleared dead palms away and weeded. The watering is broken. If someone could spend time improving this area, I would rate this property very highly. Other maintenance items: many paint chips in doorways, front door handle very dirty. Side table & coffee table also very scuffed and swelling in doors in kitchen and pantry pullout door bowed. Many leaves in the outdoor shower and at the front of the unit, so everyone time the wind blew, we were sweeping & picking up leaves. It’s small things but they really stand out if they are not done. Tea towel also not clean.

The size of the room

One of the pools was closed and nonnative provided prior. There weren’t enough towels in the room as we were told it was the weekend and they were at the laundry. There is no cleaning service and we were there for 4 days so you had to go to reception for toilet paper etc.

Loved the styling of the resort, very Balinesey. Great facilities, self contained, bbq ,laundry etc. Everything you needed. Staff very helpful

Cleanliness of the room. Needed a more thorough clean. Disappointed the plants in the outdoor shower weren't there.

It was convenient

The security door needs its latch replaced. I don’t know if it was broken through wear and tear, or a break in. So I did feel concerned about safety and security during my stay.

Outdoor bathroom was lovely to hear the birds flying overhead

Lovely 2 bedroom unit , loved the position near great pool and outdoor shower was great, enjoyed our stay

Maybe the garden could do with a little maintenance outside unit and near the shower
