TV reception very poor, uncomfortable pillows.

Friendly staff, decent shared female bathroom facilities, communal areas to work remotely, free wifi, small bar where you can buy snacks / lunch, free luggage room, decent pool and sun loungers, air conditioning in rooms. Near the bus stop.

People kept leaving the shared dorm unlocked. Shared dorms were a bit cramped. Wish had known in advance there was a shuttle bus - wasn’t told this by reception.

Lovely gardens, bar and recreational surrounds. Great restaurant next door plus other options nearby. Close to Cable Beach. Very clean and inviting place to stay. Check in very friendly and helpful.

On the whole, I had a pleasant stay here. The staff were friendly, the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were kept nice and clean, and the WiFi worked well for me. I enjoyed meeting a few fellow travellers too.

I feel like I got robbed a bit. On Booking.com, they advertise a free continental breakfast, but when I arrived I was told that this service hasn't been provided for over a year. I spoke to two members of staff about it, who said that they can't do anything and that it's down to Booking.com to change this. I feel like I got a bit ripped off, as I chose to stay here (in a private room too) instead of some of the cheaper options nearby, purely because I believed the high price was to cover the breakfast, and because the reviews on this site say about how delicious said breakfast is. Also on the subject of food, a lot of the stoves in the kitchen don't work, but most hostel kitchens tend to be like this anyway.

Very good location not far from cable beach, nice restaurant right next door which was handy, friendly staff.

beds were uncomfortable, paper thin walls. could use an update on pillows and towels. felt like I was staying at a very expensive back packers.

The value for money for staying in a shared room with the facilities provided is worth it.

The staff are so lovely and I had everything I needed. Both the shared dorms and private room were clean and beautiful. Had a lovely time meeting other travellers.

It is great value for money, there is a kitchen, a pool, and toilets and showers, and a outdoor lounge, bar and food is great value for money aswell. It's a flash hostel and I highly recommend staying here short term or long term (definitely a good back up plan if you cannot get a house/room share in broome) staff were lovely same with the bosses. Its a beautiful cheap hostel very close to the beach and other restaurants and very convenient. Thank you guys it's been a great 6 weeks
