All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to find on the outskirts of Reims. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Nearby is a supermarket.

Clean , warm , decent bed.Plenty of easy parking secured by electric gate with code access.Good breakfast with hot scrambled egg and bacon.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room. My electric window blind didn't work , so with only a thin net curtain and a high power sodium lamp outside my room could not be made anything like dark for sleeping.My score would have been higher had it not been for this.

Correct room. The beds were okay. Nice, secured parkingspace.

Soapdispensers were dirty. No hairdryer, .. No bar, almost no light in the lobby,..

Overall, for a one night stay it was ok.

The rooms are not very well maintained, you have to ask for a hairdryer, but there is someone at the reception only until 8pm.

An excellent convenient hotel ideal for a stopover for one or two nights en route to the South or back. Don't be deceived by the business park approach - the hotel is self contained at the end of a quiet access road with secure gated parking. Its still quite new so everything is clean and fresh. Very effiicient check in staff and system and they will call you and check you know how to self check in after hours if you're running late. Very nice rooms and comfy bed. No kettle but they provided one on request at reception. We were so pleased with this stop over that we booked it for our return trip as well.

On arrival we were told that due to staff shortages they could not offer an evening meal. We had to find another restaurant nearby. We thought the hotel could have contacted us before we left home so we could arrange somewhere else to eat.

Just off the A34 motorway. Quiet, clean room. Very comfortable beds. Good shower. Airconditioning. Secure parking. Information for entry on late arrival provided by e-mail.

Breakfast buffet mundane, not worth 12 euros p.p. At 8.45 a.m., several items depleted, not replaced. Outside seating not open despite warm weather.

Location was outside of Reims so did not meet the emissions sticker. Is a good stopover driving from UK to rest of France. Convenient to outlet where there's bakery, Italian restaurant and cheap petrol

Not soundproofed rooms - plumbing went through room every 20 minutes all night. No aircon so 30c temp, shower tray full of hair and cushions and throw on bed full of hair. No kettle in room, no drinks provided, breakfast was thin. Really not very nice, even for a transit stop - just didn't make for a comfortable nights sleep.

Excellent location for a stop off on route to a further destination in France. Very clean and friendly staff. We had adjoining rooms which worked well for us. Restaurants within walking distance as hotel restaurant not open on a weekend which we knew. We had bikes on the back of the car, parking was easy and secure.
