Nothing, it was horrible

The staff was not polite and not cooperative at all, they didn’t provide any amenities. When asked gave me a dirty blanket without cover. Breakfast was strictly 9-10 and no flexibility, and they literally have no choices for breakfast. No sense of privacy, they keep looking at you when you go out when you come in, they opened my door many times just for payment and stuff on their own.I wasn’t even allowed a lik bit privacy of my own. My frnd visited me just for 1 hour and they charged him 20 gel just for the visit. Is it fair? They don’t speak any English, when you try to communicate they ignore. Im extremely disappointed, and i request for refund from booking.com. This was horrible.

Host was good, She provided nice breakfast and on time.

They did not provided the drinking water and kettle. So we had to request hot water every time when we needed.And for the water they asked double charge.(2Lari/1.5 Ltr outside, they asked 5 Lari). The rooms were available but they did not allow us to check in early, so we had to pay extra for early check in. ( when I was booking the room, I asked for in case of early check in is it possible without extra payment.? That time they were said , If rooms are available and ready they will provide without pay. But they didn’t). Advice for the person who is going to book this apartment, kindly make sure about those pints mentioned above. Thank you.

Relatively close to airport

The hot water flow is very weak. Heat in the room don't work and no air conditioning works

• Pretty near to metro station (10 mins)

• There are no normal windows (leading outside) in the rooms • Breakfast is really poor (just two options: buckwheat with a sausage or an egg with a sausage) plus a cup of tea • It was cold inside (17-18* C) • No kettle in the room, they sell a cup of tea/coffee for $2 • Poor Internet connection • Reception doesn’t work 24/7

Enough space and clean room. Good staff.

Window overlook to the hallway. Wasn't any shampoo. The breakfast was small.

Rooms are not cleaned everyday. We were expecting it since it was advertised as a hotel. Location is also far from the center of the city

When we arrived we waited for 20mins to get checked in as the owner was still not there. We are a family of 3. 2 adults and 1 baby. I booked only for 2 people as I thought the baby will be free of charge like in most hotels. However, when the lady owner arrived she was shouting and pointing to our bookings. We really couldnt understand I she was speaking in their lungage. Then the man with the lady said that they will charge us an additional 60 lari because we have a baby. I told them that the baby will not be sleeping on a cot and will just be co sleeping with us on the bed. However, the lady was still shouting and very upset. We paid the additional 60 lari because we dont want to find another hotel as we have luggages and baby. You can also hear the noise outside from the room that they gave us. Otherwise, the room was clean. We were just not happy with that lady who was all shouting during our 1st day.
