The breakfast was great. The outside bar was good and the beaches.

The fact that absolutely no accommodation was made for early arrivals. We waited 7 hrs before getting access to our room. It was my husband first visit to the islandn. What was more disrespectful was staff's failurer to keep first time guest aware of what was happening, even when asked a question no follow-up or care was given. The manager was just as cold, callus and politically correct in his delebrate and lack of empathy intervention.

The staff was hospitable and accomodating. The location was convenient with a nice mini-markt. The location is also within walking distant of restaurants, beach ad supermarkets.

The rooms aren't soundproof to any extent. I heard every step, every noise that happened in the room next to me and above me, I was quite frustrating.

This is a full-on resort, so you have everything you need very close by. The room was perfect - spacious, clean, cool, safe and very comfortable. I might say it was every too big. The whole area around the resort feels safe and well maintained, so it was a pleasure just walking around, enjoying the beaches and the pool.

Fresh, clean apartment/room with lovely balcony overlooking the bay and pool. Very comfortable beds, good air con and shower. Facilities were great. We booked very last minute for a one night stay as had mix up with flights but enjoyed our stay very much. Had beautiful meal in the Mexican restaurant, served byovy friendly staff.

The pool was still being cleaned at 08.30 so I could only swim half of it but wasn't a problem and opened up again within half an hour

Cold welcome. The place is a maze and the directions given to find our room were not sufficient. We could hear the music from the bar down the beach.

the internet speeds on the wi-fi were a bit slow. they need to be faster.

Location, amenities & staff. Only ten mins from airport, walking distance to many great restaurants. However, not necessary to leave the resort bc they offer a variety of restaurants as well. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
