Placed on top of a little hill cul de sac so quiet and peaceful. I loved that I could take my breakfast outside with a nice view.

Beautiful, modern, functional, spacious with a very nice view. we loved it.

Only a detail: The arrival at night at the end of a storm was difficult in view of the steep inclines and the garden lights that had not been turned in for us or were insufficient. afterwards it was all forgotten as it was nice and comfortable.

Views, room, facilities, cleanliness, lovely place.

Can't fault the accommodation only slightly negative comment I can make is its a Steep slope to walk up to room for those with limited mobility especially at night.

We loved the nice house and nice decoration of the house. The japanese room is really peaceful, we felt it instantly as soon as we entered. Area is super nice to disconnect or stop when doing a road trip. Pierre is the best, always willing to help and make the stay perfect. We recommend this place so much

I only stayed one night but it was a great, clean space and well equipped. The beautiful sea view was as is in the picture and only a 10 minute walk into the town. My room even had a bbq/patio area at the back and I was able to park my motorbike under a canopy right outside my room. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely return.

Very comfortable bed, appreciated after a long journey. Great shower, good breakfast and very friendly staff, lovely view unfortunately due to bad weather not able to make the most of it.

The bed was too short, but they always are for me, being 2 meters tall. But this one compensated in width. I liked it very much

The couch is a foldable bed. They aren't comfortable to sit on and neither to sleep on. Just put a regular couch in there :) The bathroom looks pretty at first glance. But if you look closer, there are cobwebs and mildew in the grouting work.

The shared kitchen/dining area was perfect with everything you need to cook a full meal.The location is great walk to two lovely towns and beaches.

The quaint house is on top of the hill with a spectacular view and is very quiet.The bedroom, living room and kitchen and terrace in our apartment was upstairs while the bathroom was downstairs. The bathroom space was modern and large. The kitchen was well equipped and most of the devices are new. The bed area was on a raised area separated by curtains which made it cosy. The breakfast was really good and we could eat it on the terrace in front of the breakfast room and enjoy the spectacular view.

The steps from the living area to the bathroom only had a light at the bottom of the stairs which meant you had to put on the lights in the living-sleeping area to go up and down which was not convenient. The road to the house is steep which was not a problem for us, but may be for someone less fit. A bit away from the beach of St. Jean de Luz but we walked there and back.
