Nice clean rooms

Nothing - excellent stay

Room was tidy and clean.

I paid for a room with extra beds and a spa bath. There was no spa bath in my room and only one double bed. My room had been swapped with another person who had asked to swap rooms. I also received no refund and was too exhausted to sort out properly. Sad too because I will not recommend family to stay there nor will I be back.

Booked me in late and sorted after hours access.

Spa bath was small, but OK - BUT it ran out of hot water. Both in the evening and in the AM! I booked the room specifically for the bath. Also, the king bed was in the lounge, the twin singles in the bedroom. Accept that might work for some but I wanted to sleep in the bedroom on the king not in the lounge where it was light and open.

This motel had everything we expected.

The barking dog next door , and no access to movie channels

Shower drain was blocked in room no. 3. after 2mins the shower tray was full of water and you literally had to turn the water as it would overflow.

The room was spacious and clean and beds comfortable. Helpful staff

Could have instructions on how to operate TV. TV Home Screen and remote not in English

Continental breakfast was really good.

No complaints everything was fine.

Location superb

Facilities,as they did not cater for four guests,bathroom should have been cleaner,surcharges weren't fully explained when paying
