Very clean
Unless with group travels no food is to be bought at hotel we arrived after 8pm it was raining so we wanted to buy dinner at hotel to be told no food unless with groups so we just had a drink at bar and went to bed

Amazing hotel. Really comfortable bed, big bathroom. Enough parking places. Continental breakfast - enough choices for everybody. Really good value for the money. Loved it here!

Wonderful Staff, very friendly and helpful at all times. Hotel is excellent and has all the amenities that you need. The location is great, it is close to everything. We loved the beautiful view of the mountains and Cross Mountain (Križevac). Highly recommended, thank you to the lovely Staff 😊

Location is good, 7 minutes walking to the Church. The room was very big.
The bed is quite small. Breakfast is not that good. Supposed we should use the a la cart restaurant for breakfast but finally we were told to eat with the tour group and they occupied all big tables. We need to split in 3 tables

We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Our room was clean with a beautiful view. The hotel is a pleasant 10minute walk to St. James' church,on the quiet edge of the village. We enjoyed our breakfast which offered a variety of food options. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was fantastic, very comfortable beds/rooms, the staff could not have done enough for us and were very welcoming. Breakfast was a buffet style with lots to choose from. The Spa was clean and really relaxing.
The only thing would be for the Spa to be open more hours during our stay.

It was incredible clean and nice, it looked new and it is like 10 years old. The staff was awesome, king to help, definitely will book with them each time we go to Medugorje again. It is really close to the church, to the apparition hill as well, the location is perfect!

Staff at Reception were above average for a 4 star hotel, friendly, knowledgeable & very accommodating, including the night porter who was excellent & a great worker. Breakfast was good 👍
Smell of stale smoke in double room, no WiFi at all in suite & bulbs broken (or I just couldn't work out how to use the bedside lights in suite).
