Littlebeck Warren is an exceptional place to stay. Joanne and Kevin exceeded both my Nans and my expectations. They were fantastic hosts, they welcomed us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We got settled in immediately with them doing everything they could to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The Breakfast was excellent and cooked in a very healthy way. The rooms were very clean and this was done daily, they are unique rooms, it’s a home to home experience. With my Nan being nearly 90 now, both Jonanne and Kevin were on hand to do anything we needed, if a cup of tea was needed Joanne would make one for my Nan as soon as we came back from anything. I also needed to use their fridge to store left over food and they accommodated this without issue. They also allowed me to park my car next to the entrance due to having issues with their customer parking area, due to having such a big and low car. They were so friendly and when I/We do choose to visit again, we will be looking for this lovely B&B to stay in again. Thank you so much for everything, we couldn’t have had a better experience.

The only issue I had is the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. I did have issues with it connecting at times. This may be due to the area however or the old building. There was nothing I believe Joanne or Kevin could have done to improve this. It was out of there control.

We were greeted very kindly on arrival by Kevin and joanne, the owners of litttlebeck warren. We stayed in the luxury silver suite. The room was immaculate and smelt beautiful. All the furniture is very comfortable and stylish. The bathroom is modern and very clean. The walk in shower is brilliant.. very big with sliding doors. The T.V is large and has the perfect viewing angle from watching on the sofa or in the huge bed. The breakfasts are made to order and made to perfection! We also had an evening meal which was served to us in the beautiful dinning room which has a relaxing feel to it with the lovely lights and the great service. Our meal was the seabass. The whole meal was cooked very nicely and tasted amazing! We stayed 2 nights, throughout our stay the owners were very attentive, kind and caring, seeing to all our needs. They also have a good knowledge of all the surrounding areas including all the lakes. We stayed at litttlebeck warren to celebrate our engagement. Kevin and joanne did everything to make our stay wonderful and even set up a special engagement surprise in our room for my fiancee, which we loved! Overall we had one of the best stays we have ever had and I would recommend staying at Littlebeck warren to anyone!

We stayed for one night at the end of our NC500 trip. This place is superb, beautiful house and beautiful rooms. The hosts really make this place different from any other B and B we have ever stayed in. After a failed birthday meal on our trip the hosts went out of their way to cook us a beautiful steak dinner. There is a lovely atmosphere within the hotel. Lots of guests chatting and sharing stories in the beautiful back garden of the property. The rooms are stunning we could not find fault with Littlebeck. Truly wonderful place with attentive and friendly hosts. We can not wait to return and spend more than one night there.

Absolutely lovely stay at LittleBeck Warren. The room was spotless and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was spot on and hosts were lovely.

The owners, Kevin and Joanne, made us feel really welcome. The room (Silver) was fabulous. Really big with separate seating area. Large ensuite with freestanding bath and large shower cubicle. The full English breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner on both evenings of our stay. The food was good quality and well cooked. There is a small bar area in a conservatory as well as tables outside. Drinks were very reasonably priced. There is a small car park which is always an advantage. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The fact that it wasn't close to restaurants and bars.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel at home. Beautiful porcelain bedroom, good breakfast and provided evening meals too.

A lovely house in a pleasant rural surrounding, welcoming and genial hosts. The room was excellent, very comfortable and the facilities top notch. The breakfast was also excellent.
