Hotel was nice!
The room is small

Free airport transport and helpful staff. Swimming pool was clean. 24 hour check-in.
Rooms were basic. Some have no exterior windows. It's a lottery whether you get one that feels like you're in a detention centre.
Amenities were very limited. The whole place is in need of renovations. There was no food available during our stay. This wasn't clear until we arrived.
We had to buy drinking water and there was no facility to charge repeat purchases to our room and pay one time on checkout and the minimum card limit meant we had to use cash. As an airport hotel accommodating guests who are flying in and/or out, this policy inconveniences guests who aren't carrying much local currency. Drinking water is an essential. A drinking water dispenser in the lobby would resolve this.

Only thing I liked is that it was available for the rest I needed. There was hot and cold water and air conditioning
The location of the room. I could hear every conversation they had at the desk area. The room cleaners speaking loud and even tried to open the door of my room. They did not knock. They did call and apologize. But that room location is horrible.
The tv was unplugged and had not cable or nothing. The room is small. There was no where to park the parking area was full I had to be called from my sleep to move my Van which I was told to park on the side of the driveway.

The location
Noisy. Walls not thick enough. People talking in the hallway; doors opening and closing. I even heard the entire conversation of the guests in the other room.

Shuttle service to and from the airport was good and timely.
Apart from the malfunctioning of the toilet despite trying to address it, all other aspects of the room were good.
The non-functioning of the toilet and not having available a similar room to exchange was not a good take.

The room was ok and prepared for occupancy.
The shuttle was used only one way, my choice. It was on time and the driver was courteous.
Requested a wake-up call and that was timely.
Without a washcloth, the little soap at times feels ineffective in taking a shower. A bath rag, face towel and bath towel should be the minimum things provided along with the soap and shampoo in the rooms.

The room was dirty, hair on the bed, toilet not working, and I was not relocated to another room or repairs enacted.

Close proximity to the airport
The TV in my original room did not work. When they changed the rooms, the bathroom was moldy! Shower curtain looked like it hadn't been washed in months.

Place was quiet and comfortable
It took almost an hour for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. The guy at the front desk had no idea where the driver was. Turns out he went to the gas station. Up until this moment the shuttle still has not arrived. The guy at the airport called another taxi to drop me there.

Bath soap was the size of about two twenty five cents pieces together....I have never seen soap that small everrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....not even in small guest houses.

Stayed overnight literally. In at 9pm, out at 5am. Just needed to overnight to catch a flight the next day. Getting the shuttle to us was easy after following the instructions. Driving up to it you are in the middle of nowhere and it feels a bit scary. It is away from everything.
It didn't feel safe. Maybe that is just my paranoia or maybe it was the colored fluorescent lights and it's distance from everything. I would not stay here again

Free Shuttle
Toilet was not working and no one came to fix it. I had to fill the garbage can in the bathroom with water and pour it down the toilet tank. The toilet seat was dirty. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Except rom I like almost everything.
The room carpet was dirty, I was regretting after paying 74$ USD and I was gating that room. It was not worth it. The airport shuttle was not 24*7 the timing are fix.

1. Payment options. The visa and link machine wasn't working, and I had more than half of the cash, but the hotel needed a full 100% payment before going into the room.
2. One of the staff members wasn't friendly.
3. The television wasn't working, no water on a particular evening, orders fof breakfast closed off at 7am, not enough towels and toilet accessories was in the room (needed to ask)
4. When they say check out time is 1 pm, these people are coming after 12 and banging on the doors.

Near the airport. Swimming pool looked good.
We had to wait 1 and a half hour to be picked up by the shuttle at the airport.
Breakfast is not included, so we wanted to pay for breakfast, but there was no breakfast at all. No food in the direct neighborhood.
Staff not friendly and tons of staff just sitting around and being noisy.
We couldn't get a payment receipt, not even at check out. After staying and paying.
