En general no tengo quejas sobre la estadía. Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel en el futuro. Quizás lo único a observar es la rapidez del servicio de meseros y bartenders.

The room was clean.

The hotel is in a bad location with nothing to do anywhere around it. If you cross the bridge & walk to the Cathedral it is totally unsafe - We were robbed. When we asked for a map of the city no one at reception took the opportunity to tell us not to enter a no go area. It took 45 minutes to get to check in. The food & drink in the restaurant was passable but everything is so expensive. Because of the location the Hotel can charge what it wants Overall the service borders on shocking. The music at the pool would blow your ears off.

Did not take breakfast. The amount per night was too expensive, since we were local clients.

The room given to us was smelling musty , the sheet had stain and the floor needed mopping. We complained and we were given a clean room.

The friendly staff. The ambience of the place. The customer service. There was a safe to secure your important documents. The place was very clean and professional.

I wanted a microwave to heat my food. And there could have been an option to turn off sprinklers to have a romantic candlelit dinner.

Todo me gusto, honestamente no tengo ningún comentario que agregar, solo que fue estupendo!!

The food was great especially the breakfast section, scenery was good especially in the morning time the breeze and sea view was amazing and the staff members attitude was pleasant and very welcoming.

It had an item which wasn’t present in our room so we had to go down to ask the front desk for it but when we came back up it wasn’t there so we had to go back down a second time to ask again. One of the ladies at the door went and got it for us.

We were there for the Commonwealth Youth games so would it have been an obvious choice of destination otherwise. The staff were so friendly, rooms very clean and food good.

We were happy with all aspects - make sure you do some of the tours offered
