Absolutely lovely apartment on Loch Awe. The bedroom was huge and the kitchen really well equipped for self catering. Beautiful views over the Loch. A great pub only a short walk away.

The location and welcome were excellent

Grounds and setting of the Kilchurn Suites was amazing. The sumptuous apartment offered us plenty of home comforts and its layout lends itself to multiple occupation. View from main bedroom of Loch and Castle ruins was very impressive. Shower in main bedroom en-suite was very powerful and was well adjusted. Owners were very friendly and most helpful. Dedicated car parking.

Quite concerning was the big wooden front door to premises which owners wanted locked at all times, I guess due to their accommodation occupying ground floor? Opening and shutting this door required a subtle mix of knack with the key and brute force. It appeared to be the only fire exit? We experienced low water pressure from taps in kitchen sink and shower attachment in the second bedroom en-suite - meant having to sit, kneel or crouch down in bath to get a decent shower. Our daughter ended up using the shower in main bedroom en-suite.

The apartment was spotless and covid precautions were fully covered. It was a great size and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was sparkling. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Kilchurn Suites are very well situated with beautiful views. An Inn to eat at and a local shop are both within easy walking distance. We have already recommended it to friends!

Everything was great, but we discussed with the hosts where further improvements can be made in Suite 1.

Excellent holiday apartment, spotlessly clean, great location, very friendly hosts. All in all a gem of a place, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if visiting this part of Scotland.

High standard of furnishings, attention to detail and extra little touches. Kitchen excellently equipped. Great hosts pre arrival and on arrival. A definite hidden gem and would recommend and will return in the future. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable with everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. The views were to die for, with a picture postcard view from every window of our suite (Kilchurn Suite 2). Great location to visit Oban and Inverary. Helen our host was friendly and welcoming, wouldnt hesitate to stay again. 😁

Spacious, very clean, well equipped and in a great location.

wifi was weak and could not be used at all. There was only one supermarket and one pub within walking distance. If you arrive there after 5pm, It is better to bring some food with you.

Always a pleasure to stay at kilchurn . Made very welcome on arrival even thou we were earlier than expected . Suite was very nice all nice and clean good showers all the kitchenware you need . Will definitely be back again .
