Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant room on the ground floor.

Unfortunately it was too noisy. Anybody on the street and the highway noise penetrated the room all night. It needs double glazing. The pillows were too high and firm. Maybe a choice of pillows. The water pressure was ok only.

Well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen.

However the lack of any noise insulation between the apartments is terrible. You can hear EVERYTHING the guests in the next room are doing. Terrible at 1:30 am. But don't try to call the emergency afterhours number because no one will answer. The apartment needed a really thorough clean. The railing up to the 1st floor was grotty and all the floors just needed a scrub. The fridge handles needed cleaning. When you are paying $250 a night, you expect clean a clean apartment.

Close to the main road and car noise was a problem at the front of the property

Got exactly what we booked - perfect

The room was very clean. Mattress and pillows were decent - had the best night sleep in quite a few days. The shower is very spacious. Clean - no mould. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out process.

The fridge was in an awkward position.

It's family friendly. Self contained Quiet suburb

Kitchen utensils were not sufficient. Under the bed had rubbish (lollie wrappers)
