The front staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to food outlets for dinner.

Basic accommodation, no frills. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked, air conditioner quiet. On the main road, some road noise not enough to disturb sleep. Very pleased I asked for ground floor accommodation.

Everything was satisfactory.

Old place, window in bathroom taped with clear sticky tape ( the grill up top of it!) After flashing toilet, had to press again to stop water running. Bed old, very soft, not comfortable at all. Room not worth the money that I paid for $209 for 2 nights!! Old fridge with parts missing on the door, so I couldn't place my water bottles on it. Well, I used to managed/owned motel for 12 years in Mackay, 20years ago. I am proud to say that my motel compared to 'Welcome Home Motel' in Rockhampton was a top class, deserving 5 *****!! If I ever travel South again, I definitely won't be staying there. Also, when I was having an arvo nap, owner of the motel tried to enter my room with his Master key 🔑???!! Lucky that I had a chain 'on' on the door !! It prevented him to enter into my room!!!! I asked him what is going on, and he mumbled something 🤔 and left.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cost was reasonable.

Bathroom had a water leak under the vanity unit. Spread water on the floor and wet the floor leading to the toilet. Cupboard has been wet for a while and had a musty smell to it.

Easy booking, friendly staff. Clean room. Towels were very goid

Bath mat could have been larger.
